As mentioned in reviews before, these rooms are quite small even compared to other rooms in Japanese hotels. We (my wife, my 7 year old daughter and me) stayed in a "Queen" room but the distance between the foot of the bed and the wall...More

Hi. If you're traveling with senior citizens, I suggest you just take a taxi from the airport. There is no direct subway/train to and from the airport but there is a shuttle bus to and from Hakata Station. From our experience, from the airport we took a shuttle to the nearest train station for Hakata Station and from there, we took another bound for Tenjin Station which leads to an underground shopping area and is quite long. From there and depending on where you exit, Mystays is about 400 meters and is somewhere in those street alleys. If you are not online and cannot access Google maps, chances are you will get lost. So do yourself a favor and just take a cab. In the long run, it will prove economical and stress free. If you are game for some walking, there is a subway entrance/exit near Mystays that leads up to the Tenjin Station underground shopping area. Ask Mystays about it. Also ask for the address in Nippongo characters so you can show the cab driver as a lot of them do not speak English. Hope this helps.
