The hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent. They greet you when you enter the hotel, assist you to the elevators, when you get off the elevators, always attentive! Our room was perfect for the three of us. We had all the modern conveniences and loved the Japanese style bath/shower. The restaurants in the hotel were very good, Japanese...

Staff are friendly and helpful. However, since most do not speak English, it is a challenge when one need answers. Even maps are in Japanese. Shops and restaurants are around but not very visible due to lack of good signages; for example Don Quiote is one block away but on the second floor of the building. Still it is in...

Stayed with this hotel on 2 different occasion (4 days total), hollywood twin room. The Good: Locations - Metro is practically just next door to the hotel, the surroundings have many food establishments such as Mister Donut, Matsuya, convenience store, and one of my favourites Japanese store nearby (Jokiya). The location is also in a strategic spot for visitors that...

This hotel was the first hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. I didn't realize how good we had it here, otherwise I would have booked it for longer. I stayed here on December 16 with my adult son and daughter. We had a 3 bed room which was a pretty good size as compared to the other...

Very well located within walking distance to main shopping belt n eateries. Rooms are spacious n vanity tops were large which was a nice change from those at the ryokans we had stayed at, earlier on, on the trip. But like most Japanese hotels, the counter tops, sinks etc are rather low.

The reception is very effectual and the concierge is helpful, generally speaking, for suggestions of joints to go to. It's so well located that every eatery is a stone's throw. Good place to stay at.

After a not too pleasant stay in kokura, we transferred to this hotel for our last 2 days in Fukuoka. The choice was 100% correct. Hotel located in Nakasu-kuwabata. When you arrived at airport and take the free shuttle transfer ti subway line, it's only 3 stations away. At the station, choose Nakasu dirdction and take no 1 exit. Not...

The hotel is located a short walk away from the "Nakasu-Kawabata" subway station on the "Koko" line from the Airport. The fare is 260 JPY. Rooms are small but well appointed with toiletries and amenities provided including dressing gowns and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and eateries and convenience stores. There...

I often used to stay at this hotel when I had business-trip to Hakata. It is located near Nakasu-Kawabata station and it takes 3mins on foot. I think this hotel is classified in upper-middle class and the price is higher, comparing with other business hotel in Hakata but the room, service is better. You can access easily to the place...
