Picked this hotel while browsing TripAdvisor so thought it deserved another positive review. Very many good things to say, very clean, very helpful staff, close to the airport and subway line, many stores / restaurants right outside the door. Very quiet seeing it is right beside what appears to be a red light district which is very entertaining. Walking distance...

Hotel has good room, not small room, have nice bathroom and clean, also nice bed for double room. Near with central city of Hakata, and near with shoping mall.. But unfortunately, I was on 7th floor and there was no view from the window.. But overall it's GOOD hotel in Hakata, with nice rate price (not cheap but competitive price)

It is only four subway stops from the airport and the subway station is only just round the corner. Like any major city in Japan there is a huge choice of restaurants and shops. Shrines, ruins and museums are also within walking distance. Canal City is only 15 minutes away on foot. The room was small but everything worked. Our...

At a nice and convenience location. Underground railway just around 4 minutes walk from the hotel. Walking distance to Canal City Shopping Centre and Tenjin Shopping Area. The only inconvenience is need to take underground railway to Fukuoka Station to ride on the 新幹线 to other place of Kyushu.

スタッフの対応とロケーションは良かったです。 部屋のサイズ、設備の新しさ、掃除の丁寧さ、朝食バイキングはガッカリさせられっぱなしでした。 xxxxx For an English reader I stayed here for two nights in May 2016 basically because I could not find other hotels near the area. For the price I paid, I was not satisfied with the quality and services of the hotel. To stay in this hotel, I paid about double the price of what other ordinary Japanese...

We stayed in a corner suite room which was ideal for a family with children. We had a separate bedroom, which was very comfortably appointed, and there was a room with a raised tatami mat area where the staff set up futons for my 3 children to sleep on. There was also a small kitchenette area with a microwave, sink...

A good location, handy to the canal and many restaurants. It was a good price for a Japanese city. The room was a decent size with a great bed for. The , staff helpful & efficient, close to the subway.

We had a really good stay at Hakata Excel Tokyu Hotel just over the weekend. The hotel was very easy to find, and most importantly, the location was amazing in terms of transportation options. There were two subway exits that were very close to the hotel: one accessible via the main entrance and another accessible through the back. Both entrances...

I have been stayed in this hotel during my 1st visit Fukuoka. I have no idea about the best location and i found this hotel available for one suite that suite to my family. I used to stay in Excel hotel in Shibuya so I quite trust in the name but when we enter to the room I felled like...

This a the third time that I stayed in this hotel. And always for a business meeting. It did not change much since the first time I stayed 4 years ago. Even the food was the familiar fare which was a breakfast buffet with a fairly good if modest selection. Japanese toilets always fascinate me with it high-tech gadgetry: temperature-controlled...
