We came here in middle of july because of the swimming pool but when we arrived in the afternoon to enjoy it they said the pool was not able to receive us. We are very disappointed and we feel like being in a trap. We complained but they just say they are sorry. Nothing else... Of course the view is...

My husband and I stayed here overnight and enjoyed our short time at the hotel. We traveled by car so we had no problem getting to the hotel, and the service from the staff was excellent, managing our luggage and checking us in quickly. The view from both the hotel and the nearby observatory was perfect, overlooking the 99 islands,...

Despite its location far from the city centre and any facilities the hotel offers free shuttle at a headway of around an hour from the JR station and the other parts of the city centre, so it is pretty easy to access. The hotel is of a very western classic design. Despite the observatory just next to the hotel we...

I've stayed here twice and have enjoyed both stays. The rooms are outdated but when traveling, I don't spend too much time in the room anyway. Bed is comfortable enough and room is nice enough, so no problem for me. What is really great about this place is the view and the staff! Besides views from the hotel, there is...

Visited this hotel, high atop the maintain, overlooking Sasebo City. The panaramic view is fantastic and the friendliness of the front desk and the hotel shop was very welcome. Had a buffet lunch at the Global Kitchen-The Terrace which was very good and not expensive. Arrived after 1 PM but plenty of time to enjoy all entres and deserts.

up on the hill in Sasebo with a very nice view of the surroundings, we only stopped at the Terrace Restaurant for a delicious buffet lunch. Efficient, friendly staff helped us along even though English not spoken much.

First time we stayed in this hotel was in 1975 and the spectacular views over Sasebo and the islands made us go back. The hotel is located on top of Mount Yumihari and the road leading to the hotel is narrow and winding. When we arrived in our room it was like a sauna, extremely hot and humid. The AC...

We had lunch only at this hotel. The road from Sasebo to the hotel is winding and steep but worth the trip. The facility is very inviting, and the dining room was clean and nicely decorated with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Service was excellent. The price of a complete lunch - starter, entree, and dessert - was 15...
