Went on a short 4 day vacation to Naha with my 5 year old son and best friend and had a great experience. We originally had reservations for the East building but got upgraded upon arrival for an unknown reason but we weren't complaining. The room was perfect size, sparkling clean bathroom, comfy cute beds, and a great view of... More

Thank you very much for staying at LOISIRHOTEL NAHA this time. I upgraded it and informed the guest room of the type unlike the reservation on account of the guest room adjustment of the hotel.I appreciate your acceptance very much. It seems that you could enjoy a hotel stay fully, and I'm happy. I'm happy that you could be a... More

Loisir is a very decent hotel which has considerable large number of guestrooms. Although they have adequate number of elevators to accommodate the traffic volume, you can have a good feel of it during the breakfast buffet hours. Room is nicely decorated and maintained with good housekeeping. A decent size local supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance which can... More

As a local of Okinawa I often have the privilege of staying at the Loisir. This time after reserving a standard room I was asked if I would like to try their latest addition to high-end rooms, the Executive King on 12th floor (penthouse). It was very spacious for Japan standards at around 50m2 and interior was polished to s... More

The Loisir is an average hotel. The lobby looks good and the room was a great size for Japan but the room decor is a bit dated. Additionally, the wash basin was incredibly low and it actually hurt my back to bend down that low. The shower stall also smelled. For the amount of money they charged, I would have... More

First time to Okinawa, we stay here one night only. Very good service started from the reservation officer, front office agent to room attendant, etc. According to another review, we room in the main tower is much better. Hence, we booked main tower Deluxe Room with bay view. The Room is bigger than many hotel in Japan, there is a balcony... More

I stayed 1 night with my family. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Room was Japanese style 'Dadami', it was an amazing experience. While we were out for sighting, staff were preparing the Japanese style bedding on the floor. This Japanese style room was very unique and cosy. Highly recommended.

Chose this hotel for 2 nights hoping.for a in city onsen experience. Staff are friendly enough but poor English speaking. Furniture was dated in the room. Wash basin in bathroom was set at a very low height but no chair available for you to sit down. Was given a seaview room with balcony. Had a good view of the pool... More

This hotel is colossally overpriced. You just can't charge 566 euros per night (including breakfast and parking, charged separately), even for four people, for a 34sqm room, especially when your hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you charge extra for pool and baths, and you don't even take your hosts's luggage to their room (and take 24 hours to... We stayed here for one week in November. The hotel is a 5 minute taxi drive to central Naha. It's a very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The buffet restaurant was nice but seemed to serve the same food lunchtime and evening so we stopped using it. There was a second restaurant upstairs which served traditional Japanese food, which... I lost my wallet in the taxi, Front Office refuse to help with trying to locate the taxi company or driver. They even refuse to call the police for me. Further more, they refuse to even let me use their phone to call the police. They told me to take taxi to police station in town, just to find out... More
