Location is magnificient, there's one 24 hours convenience store and the public bus station is just downstairs and you can go to the tourist attractions easily. There are many restaurants and shops in the street, one cosmetic shop with tax free operates 24 hours. If you want to try the "onsen", just take you 5 minutes walk from the hotel...

The location is great and the breakfast is a wide selection of tasty Japanese and western items. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and functional. To find the hotel, as long as you know which direction to look, it is easy to spot the name "Hotel JAL City" prominently displayed on the side near the top of the high rise...

Nice location, we can walk and shopping then take a rest for the next round shopping and tour. The room is good, however we heard some noises from other rooms. Reception is good, a hot towel and candy was served when checking for everyone which is really nice!

We recently visited Okinawa and selected this hotel due to its wonderful location on the Kokusai Street. Staff were very welcoming and warm when we arrived and throughout our stay. We must commend the lady at the information counter who was able to assist us to make a call to ANA to check out our flight details. She was exceptionally...

My family of six stayed in 3 rooms over 5 nights in Dec 16. The rooms were clean, functional and comfortable. Hotel is located right in the heart of Naha 's famous food strip, Kakusai Dori Street. If you are driving, there is a nightly charge for basement parking. Restaurant provide breakfast and other meals, alternatively, there are many food...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, booked a room which accomodates 3 adults was surprise the size of the room was big enough to cater compared to other hotels I've stayed before in Japan which were much smaller and most do not accomodate 3 adults. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of items but tends to...

Stayed in Jal City Naha for 2 days before leaving for the beach area. The hotel is most conveniently located at one end of the Kokusai Dori Street, surrounded by numerous souvenir shops, drug stores (where ladies can buy cheap and good quality cosmetic items), Japanese wine shops, restaurants etc., all at very good price . The great location saved...

Can't beat the location off of the main thoroughfare. Lots to see and do all around exiting the hotels front doors. Rooms are big and clean. Wifi is spotty and one major disappointment is the lack of English speaking TV stations in the room which of course is common in Japan but would be a nice perk to add something...

This is a convenient location and great place to stay while in Okinawa. Lots of shops, restaurants, convenient stores nearby and very safe, walking distance from the hotel. 15 min to and from Naha Airport. Hotel rooms are small compared to US hotels but that's to be expected. They have a spectacular all-you-can eat breakfast for approx $20. Most staff...
