A decent hotel in the downtown area so don't be surprised if you find the rooms are a little small. Easy access to shopping and great food. Great choices at breakfast which change every day. The only thing that we were not too happy with is the valet parking service which you can hearing the squeaking brake screams in the...

This is in a great location, if you want to be right in the heart of things. You can walk almost anywhere. The hotel is kept up nicely and the staff is extremely well meaning. However, our challenge came when trying to maneuver our needs with their system. We booked a tour with them and was told no English tours...

I have stayed in Naha with two hotels. One is JAL City --- it is in the middle of Kokusai Street (國際通), its nearest monorail station is Makishi (walking distance around 10-15 minutes). I think the quality of my room is ok --- by the way, my booking was a normal room but then upgraded to a deluxe room, but...

the hotel is located in the center of Naha which is very convenient for hanging around shops and restaurants. There is parking lot in the basement charging 1500 yen per night. We choose deluxe room with bigger bed and the bed is comfortable and clean. We check out in the early morning and the service is good.

1) Excellent location on Kokusai Street, near to shopping outlets and restaurants but quite enough for a good sleep and rest at night. 2) Coach outlet store is right in the same building with the hotel. 3) Great hospitality and service, will definitely recommend this hotel to others. 4) There are vending machine at the corner of most level (I...

In the middle of Kokusai St, very good to take a rest during shopping. Well nearby Makishi Public Market where we could enjoy my sashai as my morning breakfast. The sashai only costs 500 yen a dish. They were so fresh that we didn't get diarrhea as we got very sensitive intestine. 10 min walk from monorail. Room was small...

Great location on Kokusai St, very central: 3 mn from Makishi Public Market, 5mn walking distance from Maejima area (best local restaurants) and Miebashi metro station, 15mn walking distance from the ferry terminal. Room was spacious, large bed for Japanese standards. Helpful staff, english-spoken.

This hotel is run very well but lacks an identity. It is not what you would call a memorable visit but you certainly cannot fault the service or efficiency of the hotel staff. The breakfast room can get a bit busy but otherwise I rarely saw many of the hotel guests and never felt crowded or rushed. This is a...

It is a very typical city hotel of Japanese standard so you will expect a just okay size of rooms but clean. Room from my standard point of view is okay. it is not very small and you still can find a place to fully open your luggage. It is the ten anniversaries of this hotel but I think the...
