Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is located very close to JR station. Minimal noise is heard from room. There are several car rental companies next to hotel for those wanting to rent a car to move around the region.
The hotel is frequented by business travelers and gets very busy in the morning.
The free buffet breakfast is acceptable and of reasonable quality. There are many food options within walking distance of hotel. The hotel also have a simple dinner plan during weekdays for those who do not want to venture out.
There is a surcharge for overnight parking if you driving. The rooms are of standard Hotel Route Inn deliverables. We normally booked the Twin or Double for slightly more room space. The toilets tend to be small since they are built in cabins.
Overall great and clean hotel to stay in a central location.

The 3rd or 4th time staying in this hotel, mostly as a transit hotel to or from ski resorts nearby. We chose it due to the proximity to JR train station and affordable cost. Its money for value when considering the distance, convenience, onsen, acceptable room size. Last stayed before covid. This time, there is a sweet surprise that partial renovation was conducted for the rooms, which has become more practical (hangers added, some furniture re-arranged to increase space). The lighting system was also changed to digital. One can check from the tv how many people had entered the onsen to decide the right time to enter

Conveniently located within walking distance of everything you need to eat out, rent a car, get a souvenir, or go to a convenience store within a minute's walk of the station. The reception desk is a bit small, so it's crowded when you check in. Breakfast buffets are nothing special but ordinary. Due to the nature of the season, we were joined by a group of student sports and expected some morning noise, but the students were able to avoid being together late in the morning. I was carrying my luggage on my back, so when I asked if I could enter even an hour before check-in time, I wanted to be quick and flexible.

This hotel is right across from the train station stop its location is perfect. The front area is clean and the staff at check in were very friendly. Rooms are typical Japanese size but these rooms were new and very clean. I would come back and stay here again.

We only stayed 1 night here, transiting to Appi Kogen to ski. Hotel is very easy to book through their website & is easy to get to - less than 5 mins walk in snow - which is great for us as we had to wheel our luggages to/fro hotel & train station. Hotel room is typical Japanese size - small but doable - we had a family room 2 adults & 1 teenager. The ensuite was tiny but they have a public Japanese bath in the hotel. Room is very clean. Japanese service is very good as usual.

Hotel room is a bit bigger than the other Japanese hotels that I have stayed in. Room is also very very clean. Be warned though that this hotel has the traditional public bath. This means there are no bath rooms inside the rooms (just toilets). If you want to take a bath, you need to go to the public bath in the ground floor.

Mainly a business hotel. Remember to take the south exit at Morioka station and the Route Inn is just across the road. Reception staff competent. Rooms are tiny, but the limited space is well utilised, with desk, fridge,TV, Wardrobe and hanging space - but not much room for luggage. Bathroom Is a reasonable size. Breakfast predominantly Japanese, but includes cocktail sausages, a sort of pork salami and fried fish and chicken. Good range of Japanese fare. The scrambled egg was particularly good - pity they don't put it on a hot plate to keep it warm as even perfectly cooked egg is not appetising when cold. For the price (Y 12,000) and the location, not a bad choice.

This is my second stay in this hotel this year. The room is not spacious but clean and well equipped. Free coffee is provided all day in the lobby. The included buffet breakfast has many choices - though not luxurious but adequate. I recommend guests staying for two nights or more consider taking on its eco plan, under which the room will not be cleaned, but the towels will still be changed and waste basket cleared. In return, each guest is awarded a free beer each day. I recommend this because there is really not much to clean, especially as guests may take their daily bath in the onsen, which the hotel provides.

This is an ideal hotel for pleasure (me) or business (others); in the center of city walking distance to almost everything; at least everything I wanted to visit. Modern with very helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed.

At very conveniently located very close to Morioka station. Room was clean, larger because I had twin bed room than typical "business" hotels in Japan but still very tight. Bath room is very small as usual but I 5 11" or 179cm could get in a bath tub. Amenity is good and they have night robe or Yukita, saver, touch brash. The hotel has not bar abut Izakaya type restaurant. However, there are plenty of places in walking distance. I will stay there again if I go to Morioka for business again.
