This hotel offers a little bit for everyone. The onsen is very large with multiple levels and styles. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good and offered a wide variety of dishes. The staff in the hotel are very friendly however communication in English is limited. This hotel offers a nice game room for kids and the live music was entertaining in the evening. This is a traditional Japanese hotel so if you want a western style bed you should book somewhere else. The sleeping mats took a little adjustment but we did just fine.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here with another couple a week ago. The onsen baths are huge and relaxing. The buffet restaurant had a lots of different options, and the staff are very friendly. The entire place lends itself to relaxation and tranquility. The next time I visit Japan, I'd love to come back to this place for a few days and get over the jet lag.
