I was here in Sendai for 2 nights and not a huge city though. Hotel is close to the Sinkansen station, about 13 to 16 mins by walk. Beautiful city. I was taken aback by this hotel is as Westin is hidden within the corporates houses, Once you enter the reception and room the aura changes. Rooms are spacious, LUXURIOUS,...

The hotel is just about 10 mins walk away from Sendai train station. My wife and I was checked into the superior room on the 36th floor. A very modern, clean, luxurious and specious room with a king size bed, and an all-glass wall on one side with a view of the city that was breath-taking. Very friendly staff, delicious...

If you are coming to Sendai, you must stay at the Westin Sendai. The hotel is beautiful, in a very high building, the first floor is on the 28th pr 29th floor if I am not mistaken. It is very fancy, the staff very friendly and the rooms very modern and comfortable. Besides, as the hotel is on the top...

Stayed at The Westin Sendai from 20-22 December 2016. We arrived at Sendai Station and could see the hotel the moment we stepped out of the west exit. The hotel is housed in the tallest building in Sendai. The same building also houses offices and restaurants. It is a 10-minute walk from the station. We were greeted by hotel staff...

If you come to Sendai, you should definitely consider Westin. It is about 10 mins walking from Sendai JR station, and very close to the key shopping area. More importantly, the hotel is like a St Regis. The room was excellent; the hotel was quiet, and the service was top-notched. We had access to the business lounge, which offered great...

Probably the best hotel in Sendai with a terrific view on the city. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast perfect, but the wifi experience is a shame for this kind of hotel. It is sooooo slow. In Japan it seems unrealistic to face this problem.

We stayed here on a long road trip across Japan. The hotel was a perfect respite for weary western travelers! The beds were super comfortable. The room had an amazing view of the Sendai Skyline. But the soaker tub! That was the key to my heart! And the breakfast buffet was delicious. I'm still getting used to raw fish and...

I stayed here two nights while visiting family. It is expensive but it is 5 stars all the way.
