Nice family hotel 15 minutes walk from the city center. Warm and friendly staff. Breakfast food from the hotel`s garden. Very clean room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Good price. I recommend this hotel. Tha last but not the least, you do not have to worry about the political situation.

I stayed there for a week in July 2011, nice family hotel, more than friendly staff, taking good care of me. Breakfast was splendid, a whole plate full of delicious lebanese food. This hotel is a little hard to find but well worth the effort. Kind, hospitable host, good value, which is rare in Lebanon.

My partner checked more than 20 hotels in Beirut, which are either too crappy, or too expensive for budget travel. Plus one thing, most of them ask for extra...
