Spend a weekend at BSM. Hotel is located in the heart of Byblos facing the sea. Fresh from inside and newly refurbished. Reflects a modern style. Check in was quick and efficient. Booked an executive room... so spacious and clean. U get access to the beach. Wifi is acceptable. Breakfast is really good...very simple yet tasty. Staff so attentitive, available...

Byblos is Lebanons' answer to the Mediterranean. This little sea-side village is bursting with culture with its gorgeous views and hidden shops and restaurants. It is a lovely place, even just to spend the day roaming aimlessly soaking up the sun and smiles from passers by.

Stayed for 10 days, had 2 rooms booked. One sea facing suite and one port facing suite. Both excellent value. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea and a short stroll to the historical site and Souk or you could catch the free rides around the town on the mini carts. I don't speak Arabic but the staff were...

As a couple we did enjoy our stay to the max, well trained employees, clean hotel, well designed, generous amenities, great ambiance. Homemade breakfast, American, European and Lebanese selection of food items well displayed. Location is beautiful and team are very helpful: The general manager, director of sales, reception, housekeeping and service employees were always on top of every request.

As mentioned by other visitors, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly, yet the service is average. The room was on the first floor so you can enjoy the sound of the beach and the noise of the cars simultaneously. Also, the free wifi never worked. I expected a better experience compared to what I paid.

A beautiful hotel in a great location but the service is very average. The free wifi hardly ever worked. The staff seemed confused by very basic requests. They were friendly but I would expect better at this price.

Byblos Sur Mer best in location among others, taking the breakfast- humble but clean & delicious though- in the hotel resturant & looking to Mediterranean beaches, is something words can't describe. In general staff are so welcoming & very ambitious to support, help & serve....can't forget Yara & Ziad's smile at the front desk, Jad at the restaurant...what a sweet...

The location of the hotel is adjacent to the old, historical port and its many restaurants. The amenities are what one would expect of a 5-Star Hotel. Excellent service from the moment you enter until you leave. Staff are superb! Food is exceptional! This is a perfect hotel for a romantic getaway.

Thank George B
