In the top of Mazar Ski resort sets an excellent small restaurant serves most wonderful sandwiches and coffee. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. The best part is the staff are the owners of the facility and they are very friendly and hospital.

I can't say anything about the lodging as we came here for lunch....We came here with a big bunch of friends for a traditional Lebanese lunch after some sightseeing in Jeita Grotto, Faraya mountains etc. The place itself is on a mountain surrounded by other big mountains. The scenery is astonishing!! We were around 15 people and we ordered food...

On top of Jabel Dib, Le Valais has a mountain restaurant, super hip, and happening. Loud and sexy music, excellent service by owner and his team. The food is great and served with style, the wine is good and Lebanes and they have the best "Glüh Wein" in the area. Visitors come from everywhere to hike, enjoy the sun, and...

They have delicious authentic Swiss specialties as fondue and raclette that I adored and their potence flambée au cognac! Very cosy and perfect for à friends and family gathering ! Highly advised! The owners are very welcoming! Some of us asked for Lebanese mezze that are available on the menu so everyone was very happy about the food and services...

We dined here, but did not stay here. There is a complete menu with some Lebanese dishes as well as traditional Swiss fare - raclette, fondue and pierrade (meat on a grill) that you cook yourself at the table. Lots of fun, and charming Swiss decor in the restaurant.

We booked a suite which consisted of a living room, small kitchenette and a bedroom as it was the only option available in the high season. The rooms were neat and well furnished and the price was very reasonable. As it's not such a big hotel, you get to know all the staff in a little time and all of...

Just a short drive from 'Chabrouh Lake' & 'Chabrouh Dam' we found 'Auberge Le Valais'. Our room overlooked 'Chabrouh Valley' and Faraya Mountains still covered to some extent with snow because of the unusual cold weather in April 2013. We could hardly get out because of the windy and rainy cold weather. The floor below was the restaurant that was...

We were a group of 7 people and we decided to have lunch at the restaurant. The food was very good and it was tasty. We especially like the labneh which came with a strong hint of garlic. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the service of the waiters. Numerous times we had to remind them that we ordered...

We stayed in Auberge Le Valais for 4 days during a skiing trip (Jan 2013) Auberge Le Valais is located on the edge of the mountain overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains with spectacular view, away from the main road so it is nice and quiet, calm place, relatively isolated, yet not far from the ski slopes (less than...

Not pretentious, you will be very warmly welcomed in this this family owned auberge. The view from the rooms and the terrace is incredible. The service is impeccable, rooms are simple but clean and spacious. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) is Lebanese home made cuisine; delicious. staff/owners, Paul and his brothers are very helpful at all times. The place is...
