The rooms are very poor quality and not very clean. They are poorly kept and very noisy. The breakfast is terrible not to mention the late start for breakfast. The wifi is terrible - before if you are relying on it. The Après Ski life is poorly coordinated. The New Years celebration was the worst I have ever been to....

We stayed at Mzaar for one night. The hotel has a cozy lobby very much like all ski resort hotels in Verbier or Megeve. Rooms are clean, comfortable & good size (i had booked a deluxe room) not that you really stay in the rooms when you are in a ski resort, but i since it was for one night...

We arrived around 6 PM , checked in smoothly. Our rooms didn't have a view but were spacious with all basics. The lobby is nice. Breakfast was good with a variety. The service also good. We checked out at noon so it was less than 24 hours.

My husband and I visited for one night, just after New Years. The rates were still high and we stayed in a small room with a king sized bed. Our room was located on the lower floors. We knew about our room size when we booked so no surprises and I am sure the rooms on upper floors are more...

Be careful! Me and my husband have reserved for 2 nights only via bookings.com, however they want to charge us on 3 nights. When asked why? They said because we were staying for 3 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Put in mind, it was going to be an early checkout. Thats how it works, the man behind the phone says. hmmmm??...

Who doesn't love Faraya and its ski slopes during the winter? Mzaar has a reputation of being the best hotel there but after we booked for 1 night i was disappointed. The rooms are spacious and clean but the breakfast is way below average. It's just a small basket of croissants and coffee or tea or juice. There was no...

We had a very cosy and festive stay over Christmas and new years. The hotel was nicely decorated, the snow made it even better. The food in the restaurants was delicious; the menus well varied to suit all tastes and ages. The service as very friendly and fast. Breakfast is another story, you can find anything you want. Really enjoyed a family vacation, in the snowy mountains. It is a hectic season. Way to go 2017. We went in mid week, we escaped from the busy life. Our children really enjoyed, skiing, lodging. The food was great. However the price is a bit high. But it is worth it and since it is the high season. It is...

In short: expected a lot more for what I got, it does not stand up to a level of an Intercontinental hotel. The hotel is nicely located in an area with various ski resorts.
