Great place for me and the family to chill and unwind from the busy city live. Great staff and genuinely helpful and friendly... Special shout out to Mr Faizal and Mr Tamish for their attention to details when required. Visited the Ramadan Bazar Buffet and oh my.... The spread was great and the quality of the food were great. Well done.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom Cita Ayu suite, which was really a 2-bedroom fully furnished apartment, with a living room, dining area, kitchenette (but utensils not provided), and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own mini room for built-in wardrobes cum study. It was huge - easily 1,000 square feet! After a 20% discount for booking directly through their website, it was under RM380 nett per night with buffet breakfast included!

About 60+ of us went to Pulai Springs Resort for a camp recently and we would go back again. Some highlights: - The resort staff were all so helpful, friendly, supportive and responsive (big thanks to Sabrina, Tann, Zul, Roni, Sarah, Gemok, Chef Tom, etc) - We loved the Chinese food at Qing Palace, every meal was delicious - The 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom suites were comfortable and clean, and the living rooms were a good space for groups to gather - Quiet, calming, relaxing resort

The rooms were old, toilets were unclean with mould stains, gunk all around. There were smells coming out from the bathroom all the time; we had to buy disinfectants and air-freshener during our stay. There were lizard poop on the walls and the room was just very unclean. The extra bed they sent heavily reeked of funky smells and we found where they kept their extra beds (see photos). They charge RM10 for every extra towel , but they came with ants inside the folds. Their photos online are deceiving, do think twice before booking this resort.

The room is spacious. But a number of devices were malfunction. The water heater, safety box and door bell were not wroking. Luckily, the staffs were managed to be fixed them at the first night. The bathroom is smelly. It was ok at night but very smelly in the morning (before anyone using the toilet bowl). Based on the first impression, I would give it 1 star. But the helpful staffs saved another star. So room is a 2-star rating. The hotel has to resolve the bathroom smell problem. Otherwise, it is simply not livable. Food 4 star. Food variety is not great but they are very yummy. More choices would get 5-star.

Stayed here 2D1N. I booked a unit with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 adults & 1 child. The housing unit is so spacious. It has 4 rooms, a living area that is connected with dining, & kitchen. The master bedroom & room 2 have a balcony that faces the hotel backyard. The other 2 rooms have no windows. The furniture fitting is well equipped with a wardrobe in each room, a kitchen cabinet, a dressing table, and a TV set (2 TVs, one in the living & the other one in the master bedroom). Other stuff like a kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer, safety box, medium-sized fridge, and toiletries are well provided. However, a bath towel is not provided. I guess they must be forgotten. Never mind, I brought my own towel. Only the bathroom in the master bedroom has a bathtub. A wifi connection is provided. Though we arrived early no welcome drinks were provided. Ample parking & it's free. There are 6 pools altogether. 2 pools at level 2 of the hotel building (Cinta Ayu All Suites) & the other 6 are at Spa & Sports Centre or Clubhouse which is located across the hotel building. You can just walk. Their resort pools at the clubhouse are so big & have a rock island water slide. During my visit, only Horizon Pool is unavailable due to maintenance. Other than swimming activities, they also have cycling activities, and indoor games like snooker, billiard, dart, kids playground, gymnasium & jacuzzi pool. The spa centre is closed. By the way, not many activities at the Pavilion as most of it are closed since PKP presumably. My package is inclusive of breakfast. The foods are not so varied but still suffice. The additional charge of RM15 for children is considered cheap. All food tasted good. The breakfast started from 7 am till 10 am. Overall, I & my family are enjoying staying here. There are some matters that the management of the resort needs to improve such as room service & their elevator. They only have 2 elevators & somehow it's having a technical problem. I & some guest experienced waiting for so long. Anyway, I definitely will come here again.
