We did a short 2D1N trip & stayed at this hotel with my 23month boy. Since his hotel is in the Starwood chain so I really expect it will be better than those 3 star hotel. The times that we arrive was raining and we load our luggage with our own, no people at lobby to help. In between lobby...

A decent hotel, but I wouldn't rate it a 5 star hotel! We had two electricity problems, the shower had uneven tiles, "Feast" restaurant was so-and-so (where you eat breakfast) beach wasn't especially good! The hotel has a cabin feel, with spacious rooms and a nice tub, the "Captain's Grill" was nice with good food, the staff we're friendly and...

The hotel is clean and modern but rather soulless. It also has an air of neglect. If the owners put some time and effort and money in to making it more inviting it would be a great hotel. The pool area could be amazing if the pool was actually clean and more shade provided for the loungers. Pool surround looks...

Frankly, I cannot believe this hotel is in the Starwood chain. It is really far below what you would expect especially in terms of service. The room we stayed in was rather old and it didn't appear well maintained. What freaked us out were the stains on the bed :(. Some of the towels were also stained for some reason....

It's a review for Four Points, so with no expectation for luxury stay, hence the title. It's not the Sheraton, let's face it. Staff were friendly (most of the time). Food was good if you choose the local dishes. Pool and beach: didn't use them as no one was using it or everyone went elsewhere. But it's only 5 mins...

We stayed at the hotel despite the poor reviews because it is so cheap and we got a great deal, so do not feel that I can complain as the price is reflective of the standard We stayed 4 nights at another hotel on the beach, then we chose Four Points as we hired a car for 3 days and...

We booked for two nights but we cancelled one of them because the pool was soooo dirty (green color) no service and no activities. It should close better than opening in this performance. Advice you not to try it

I am disappointed that this hotel is actually part of Starwood hotels. The quality and services are not what you would expect of the hotel. The room is clean but not of the standard of a four star hotel. The hotel is near the airport but a drive away from the busy street of Pantai Cenang. Hence you need to...

5 of us spent 3 nights at this hotel in July 2014, our average age is 60years, we have been travelling in Malaysia for the last 2 weeks. We hired a car at the airport, very much recommended for a visit to this island, and based out of our hotel. We did not eat at the hotel. We like to...
