AWFUL! The big complex is subdivided into various smaller hotels. We were directed to the third floor lobby and realised that the other floors carried other "resort" names! The common areas were deserted except for idle cleaning staff chatting away. There was a pile of styrofoam boxes with flies buzzing around in one corner of the lobby. The Lagoon rooms...

If I have to give a reward for the most customer unfriendly hotel/resort this place will secure a rank among top 3. I was just refused drinking water saying every room is allotted a fixed quota and additional needs to be paid for (an exorbitant price for a small bottle). The pool area is not clean, housekeeping takes forever to...

We booked room with balcony. We came, paperwork was prepared and we payed. Coming in the room we found no balcony and a smelly small room. After complain we got sea villa room- excellent location, but also badly maintained. In a glass containing some cookies in the small kitchen we found a death gecko. Left it there for the complete...

Only positive was: Breakfast was quite ok, few options available. Negatives are plenty: Room was not very clean, there was a foul smell in the bathroom, the toilet flush wasn't working and it took them until the penultimate day to fix it properly, in between they sent a handyman who said it was fixed but it wasn't. There was a...

Our family of four booked a family room but was fortunately upgraded to a Sea Villa, a cosy accommodation right on the water. Ample sleeping area and spacious room with nice bath tub and shower. It was a daily pleasure seeing the view of the sea just outside our balcony. Friendly services and a free shuttle service at your calls...

We initially had some reservations about staying here having read mixed reviews of the hotel. It is confusing, there seem to be 3 sets of management here and whilst you can use some of the facilities of the other part of the hotel, such as the games room and gym, the infinity pool was out of bounds to us, although...

I can't believe it is not busier here. Sure, the hotel is older and needs some freshening up, but the staff have been fantastic (friendly, chatty, helpful, attentive) and everything works and looks clean. Our room was huge! Gorgeous views over the pool, beach and mountains from our room and balcony. Looks like they are slowly doing up the place,...
