My Girlfriend and I were only passing through Kota bharu on the way to the perhentians. Our coach arrived at 5am and we were leaving the next day at 9.30am so just needed somewhere cheap to stay for a few hours. The owner actually woke up at 5am and biked over to us to give us directions and get us...

Huge room for great price (32 RM).Staff very helpful, but not around much during the evening. Would not book online as I don't think they check it. Bathroom and hot shower are immaculate. Good for getting to Perinthian islands, short walk to bus station.

Just ask him any question about the attractions nearby or transprtation means and he will give a detailed explanation. I also really liked the lady that works for him although she spoke very little...
