Stayed in this hotel recently. Been staying in this hotel many times. As usual our room facing the pool and waterfront. Room is clean with basic amenities but no safety box in our room. Nice view from our room. There are live band at the restaurant. Swimming pooil is great and there is zumba at that time, awesome. The area...

Stayed there on a business trip. It is just less than 10-minute driving distance from Labuan airport. Even the Malaysia Airlines stewardesses stay there. The room is big and clean. It is a environmental friendly hotel with soft lightings. It is just next to a jetty and the Financial Park is across the field in front of the hotel. I...

A reasonable hotel but lacking maintainance in places. Decent sized pool and a nice bar by the Marina. Breakfast isn't the best. Great views out to sea. Staff can be a little slow. OK as a business hotel but not a spot for vacation.

This resort really have calm environment that will help you to escape a busy day life. Located in outskirt of Labuan city, it just a very good place to stay and have stunning view of Labuan busy harbor.,

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Dirty, noisy and some of the staff are rude.do not be fooled by the Ferrari's and Lamborghinis parks outside. If you had that amount of money, you would not stay here. The carpets are black with dirt, breakfast was uninspiring. Thank goodness it was only one night. Avoid if...

The hotel was overall OK however the walls of the rooms are really thin you can hear people talk in the next room or at the corridor. The 1st floor and the 3rd floor ar the smoking floors. The room was spacious and toilet too. No complaints on the room except for the thin walls. The buffet breakfast was almost...

I would normally take dorsett for my labuan stay. But i had to choose waterfront this time because of mgmt directive. What i found was that for the price paid, it was good value. With 150 extra, i get dorsett with a sea view room, better gym and more range of food at the cafe, but that's about it. So...

This hotel is going downhill fast. Stayed in the main block and in the annex. Rooms are deteriorating, mold around the showers, carpets need a good clean. The food is poor and the service is worse. The pool area is in need of attention. Weeds growing through paving, cigarette ends, sun beds falling to bits. I have informed my company...
