Stayed here a few years ago and decided to stay at this hotel again during our recent visit to Labuan. We found out that the hotel was newly renovated, so everything was clean and new at our room. Hotel's location is good, only 5 minutes walk to the Financial Park. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the service.... More

Staff were pleasant and helpful, with good English level. Room was comfortable, with wifi, mini-fridge, and daily paper (though not early morning). Breakfast offers nasi lemak/mee or plain omelet, fresh fruit. The Mariner is under 10 minutes'walk to "downtown" market area, and 5 minutes to financial center.

The hotel is a decent one which is within the city centre. However for the same rate we could get a better quality accommodation in other city in Malaysia. The price may have been influenced by the demand of the O & G workers who have thick pockets and company sponsored. On the whole the location is just nice for... More

Stayed here for two nights. Overall a decent stay. Standard Room was not very large, but enough to keep a big luggage bag and still have space to move around the room. Bed and pillows were soft and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Tv had only four channel programs. From the outside, hotel looks as if they had done some recent refurbishments but... More

Stayed here just for 1 night because they are fully booked the day after that. The receptionist is average, some are polite and friendly, some are not.. The hotel looks good on outside but inside its quite dated. Quite pricy for a small standard room (rm125). When i got into the room, there a men are still doing their work... More

This is quite a late review, stayed there in October 2012. During my stay, the hotel was having renovation works, so I guess now it might have been in better conditions, I hope. I stayed in a standard room, very small space but I'm okay with that. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The location is good, near... More

This is a great older hotel in downtown district. It is in the center of the shop house area, but the entire building is quite detailed. Air-conditioning is excellent nice big bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Be sure to book the room early, as they only have a few double or queen beds. You will end up with a single... More

Stayed in the family room. Spacious but the bathroom was even more so. Everything was clean when we arrived and no funny smell. There was a mini fridge, the AC worked ok, the shower was heaven. The bed was mama bear soft. We could hear the traffic outside, but thats not something we fuss about. The staff was super nice.... More
