Just went there on a usual weekend, so it was less crowded. It may be further away from the city, but not that far considering Labuan is a small island anyway. The room was huge, and suitable for our family of 6 (with 4 active kids running around).. the bathroom was also spacious and we loved it, especially with the...

Pros: 1. Room was huge, nicely appointed, and had a large shower and separate bath. Also a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. 2. The hotel had a shuttle that picked us up at the airport, took us to the ferry, and took us and picked us up for snorkeling. There are lots of scheduled trips daily as well. 3. The...

At old resort but they do have a nice pool with sea view. The beach is right next to the pool, though they did not provide many sea sport facilities. There is only one average restaurant in the resort which the food was just not much to expect, other than that we had to travel 30 minutes to the town...

The swimming pool reminds one of Paradise. We had a really relaxing stay. The Beauty Spa was not operating properly as only the massage treatment was available even though there was a long list of treatments on the photocopied brochure. Room service were poor at clearing away the trays from outside the rooms and some trays attracted ants as a...

I went on a boys weekend to Labuan and the town can be a bit of a hassle with some pretty desperate bars etc. I had had the Palm Beach recommended so we stayed there. After booking on line for about 35 GBP a night for a twin room I wasn't expecting much. However I was more than pleased when...

InsightSuite did not stay at Palm Beach resort & spa, just visited for a short duration. After visiting a nearby attraction by the name of Chimney, we drove here within 5 minutes & found out that the room rate deal was much better than that in the city center hotel & this place is touching the beach with beautiful landscape...

The resort may seem simple from the outside, but the room's interior is definitely retro classy. Had a good swim on my own in the pool during morning hour after an awesome breakfast meal, which has a good spread of local and western choices. I'm not concerned of the food spread, but the quality of the cooked food matters when...

Beautiful hotel but may be have seen better days. The SPA was good though. Breakfast needs massive upgraded. Swimming pool was great, service was good all through out. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. Though looks slightly old.
