It's all been said before - dated, messy, unclean, internet never working, management doesn't give a damn. I doubt they ever look at tripadvisor. During school holidays the place still fills up and if you facing the pool don't expect to get any sleep after 7am. Not a nice place to stay. Look elsewhere.

Let's talk about good point first. 1 - Good location, near to jetty Marina to excess to Pulau Pangkor. It take about 5 minute drive to reach there. 😆👍 Sorry but that's the only good point that I can say here. Let me share the improvement point, hope the management can take this matter seriously to improve their business! 1...

My colleagues and I came during the Ramadan month and obviously there were very little occupants but strangely we were given our rooms on separate floors. I'm certain I occupied the entire floor which have more than 30 rooms per floor. Never mind that but when it comes to the condition of the room, I'll let you decide on it:...

Went there last year. The place looks quite old and outdated. There's Wi-Fi provided then BUT we can't even connect to the internet through it lol. The pools in the water park are soooo sandy ... erm it's actually quite annoying. Food.. I hope the chef did better cause it's really really too ordinary. Overall it's a little less than...

There were 12 pax in our group - 3 families with kids. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and sizable enough. Basic amenities in the room. It was not smelly (nor was the bathroom). The pool was nice but the so-called 'water park' was seriously only serving kids below 10 yrs old. If we were to pay to enter (if...

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment from 8 February to 9 February, for 6 people. The resort appeared old and tired. Lobby area is very small. Only 2 lifts available to service the entire building. Check in was ok. Our room was on the 8th floor. The door knob was defective and couldn't be closed properly. The apartment was not...

The room is quite big, tidy and need refurbish work because seem dimmed. The breakfast buffet menu not that really good but meet the expectation with the room price. The mini water theme park really need to be cleaned up and required huge maintenance work.If the hotel management clean and maintain it very well, it will become very attractive choice...

This resort is very old and run down. The location is actually very nice as its by the sea, the natural rainforest and the water park. However it's totally outdated and not well maintained. They are still using normal keys to the door. The wifi doesn't work. The kettle in the room is the big one that is usually used...
