Nice and clean guesthouse in the middle of the residential village. Lots of good and affordable food around the area, even late at night. However, if you're sensitive to sounds, ask for a room further to the back because the street is very happening early in the morning as locals comes for breakfast in this area.

After reading the positive reviews here, we gave this guesthouse a try by staying two nights. Pangkor Guesthouse is located within short walking distance from Sungai Pinang Kecil Jetty (the first stop from Lumut Jetty). The room rate was RM100 per night without breakfast for a twin room. The room is considered small but sufficient for us to have a...

The price of room and scooter are for peak or public holiday. We have change the practice where previously guest can request towel free if they need. Now we have place the towel in the room. Thank you for your feedback.

Sungai Pinang Kecil itself is a very warm, traditional and interesting village, with very friendly villagers. The owner of Pangkor Guesthouse, Joyce is very enthusiastic in preserving cultures through ecotourism and was very detailed in explaining about the island's hot spots. We stayed at an en-suite family room with basic amenities, but we were entirely surprised by how a place...

You will have a choice of staying at any one of many similar beach side tourist dives on Pangkor, they are all very much the same - a banana boat ride or buzz back and forth along the beach on a motorscooter in one of these resorts is pretty much like the next one.... Or you can stay at the...

My partner and I were a bit disappointed with Pangkor island as a whole. There was very little to do and as vegetarians we found it quite difficult to find places that would accommodate us. The owner at Pangkor Guesthouse was absolutely lovely; she could certainly talk for Malaysia! She was always available, friendly and helpful. The guesthouse itself was...

Having been to Pangkor numerous time, I must say that this is an unexpected gem! It's a short distance from SPK's jetty, surrounded by many eateries and friendly locals. We were greeted by Joyce the moment we stepped into the guesthouse. Our room is huge! Situated at the end of the guesthouse which is a good thing as my kids...

We were lucky to come across SPK Guesthouse when planning for a short trip to Pangkor in early June. After reading numerous positive reviews on Tripadvisor, I’ve decided to book for a night, and we weren’t disappointed at all. Joyce, the owner is a superb host, not only friendly and helpful but also caring, giving tips and guidance on where...

got the family room and was in awe of how big the room is.. 2 queen and 1 double sized beds plus a bench that can still accommodate extra beddings.. this room also comes with a terrace at the back.. the only thing that may need improvement is the single aircon on the room.. it was not powerful enough to...

Trusting rating and comments from websites and fellow travelers, we simply booked a room. And opened up new and unforgettable experience with Pangkor Guesthouse! Greeted by a warm and friendly host. Helpful and able to recommend activities which suit your taste; let it be sea activities or some funs exploring the little island. The rooms are clean and tidy. With...

A sleepy fisherman's village, clean, calm, beautiful and laid back place. So is the Guest house, very clean, calm, loving and no complications. No restaurant but enough and more local cuisines available all around. Small but comfortable rooms, value for money. Will recommend definitely.
