We drove from KL to this hotel and it is easily located by Waze. It has a few lots of parking space and checking in was very efficient. At the counter it has a listed places of attractions if you're unsure of where to go.

The room is spacious and clean. We had no issues with th

First impression, I was early and the staff promptly checked if my room was ready - speedy & came back within 5 minutes. Even in a 5 star hotel in Malaysia - you may not experienced such promptness.

1st day proved this is not your typical Malaysia hotel. Most people would have e

We loved the little things the hotel did that set it apart from the others. The 24 hour coffee/biscuit station, daily ice cream and evening glass of wine. Also, the breakfast is the best we've had...plenty of variety and something for everyone. The staff were friendly, the locat

Which room type is most quiet? (Not facing mosque, main road and not under the roof bar?) Thank you.
I was on the first floor facing the small mosque on the north side of the hotel, and it was very quiet. This was during Ramadan, when there were a lot of evening meetings.

sorry should clarify, my question relates to the hotel room.
Hi there, We are staying at Chulia Mansions in May. I see they provide an electric kettle. We have found before in Asia that even though they provide a kettle, they don't have coffee mugs, coffee, tea, or sugar. Do they provide any of these, or do we need to bring our own ?
They have a free coffee and tea in dining room for 24 hours .
