The Hotel - 2 storey so no elevator. From outside, this hotel looks very nice. Location - easy to find just exit plus highway. Ample parking space. There is construction at this place, I believed soon this hotel will be more expensive. Room - we stay at triple bed. noisy aircond. Comfortable bed and pillow. Toilet not good. For a short stay like me, should be not issue. I just come to sleep. Will I recommend? 50% recommended

Bathroom lights not functioning. Linen very dirty. Room a bit dusty. Limited TV channel. But friendly receptionist though. Our last stay with OYO brand. By the way, the maintenance guy still havent arrive yet as of now. Sigh.

Check in time at 2pm...went there with hubby & son.. Waited about 15-20min for receptionist... We booked our room through booking.com..but,shocked when the staff said there is no reservation under me or my husband name...even we showed confirmation email as attached... But then, the staff said there is still available room..family room...i thought it is the same room that i have booked...but no...family room with no window..! The room is no 003, comes with 1 single bed & 1 queen bed... no amenities for bath soap, no iron, small bathroom..& we have to go to counter to asked for towels!the door, not quite locked...hhmm not secure.. I just dunno who to blame for...either booking.com or hotel management...

Room was nice & have good condition. Worth it with affordable room rate . Location nice and strategic . Easy to find restaurants moreover nearby with Mydin Bukit Mertajam . Notes : Even the location quite easy to find but hotel may afford for doing proper and interesting advertising board so guest not being doubt or feel blurr sometimes since as the signboard of the hotel quite simple and small . Notes: Pleasee do something about ants . . My bread that I bought at Mydin have being destroyed by ants . 😕😕 Not so happy with this case .

Stayed for 1 night in the family room. The room, air cond and beds were ok but the toilet in our room (208) could have been better cleaned. The hotel is good for a short stay and be warned that it has no lift. A challenge for those with knee problems.
