I stayed for 5 nights from 12/10. The room was large and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff always furnished everything and provided six bottles of water every day. The lounge staff welcomed us with a smile every time, especially RAIHAN, who remembered our faces and prepared our favorite food every time without ordering a drink. His smile was so cute that I looked forward to going to the lounge every day. The breakfast restaurant staff are also very friendly, and anyway, the staff here at the hotel remember the faces and names and greet you with pleasant greetings every time. One of my favorite dishes is a fréche juice and noodle bar, made on the spot and brought to the table. Chicken, curry and Tom Yum Kung were all very delicious and had every morning for 5 days. I enjoyed 50 minutes every day on the ping pong table on the 3rd floor and the pool was very beautiful and pleasant. I'd like to come to this hotel again.

This hotel is very well maintained and is very convenient, being linked to IOI City Mall. Heading out from the hotel links you to the Parkson and Decathlon of the mall.

We had a minor hiccup in checkin where room availability was delayed due to an event ongoing. It had minimal impact as our plan was to visit the mall any way.

However as a service recovery the hotel graciously extended the seafood and meat carving buffet dinner (worth 188 per pax) at Latest Recipe to our family. The spread was extensive with premium offerings.

Room is very well equipped with a lovely long bath either towards the room or with a view outwards. Bath amenity is from Malin+Goetz. One small quirk for lighting is the master switch for our room, which meant we weren’t able to setup a nightlight. As such, we used the led mirror light for that purpose.

One bonus for us was the complimentary mini bar, there were juices and soft drinks provided.

It was indeed wonderful stay at Le Méridien Putrajaya. Hotel location is strategic and attached to the mall. Service was excellent, wonderful room upgrade for Marriott BONVoY Elite members, staff are welcoming and eager to serve the guest. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of varieties of food, and wonderful club lounge and staff serving delicious fresh food. House keeping staff espcially level 21 are responsible, clean up the room very well and attend to the guest needs. Gym is really good, swimming pool is very nice and relaxing. Looking forward to another stay. Well done Le Méridien Putrajaya staff.

Every morning i went for breakfast at Latest Receipe, i would be greet by all friendly faces from the staff. They are all out to please and serve. They are also mindful to constantly keep the place clean especially at the food counter. My special thanks to Mr. Fadulla and Mr.Hanif Oseman for their great service and thoughtfulness where Mr. Oseman quickly served me with a stirrer when he saw me using a big spoon trying to stirr my fruit juice. Thank you and pleasr keep up with the great service.

Weekend last-minute booking. Thanks to Syadil for being so attentive in responding via Marriot Bonvoy mobile app. Appreciate the room upgrade with simple decoration and delicious carrot cake. The highlight must be the executive lounge on the 20th floor with a great selection of food during evening cocktails, 6-8pm. The executive lounge team was so accommodative.

Complimentary parking is easily accessible from the parking entrance next to the lobby. Would definitely come back. Thanks, Le Meridien Putrajaya.

First impressions always count and can not be repeated. Unfortunately it was not good here. No one came to meet my taxi on arrival and no one opened the front door. Check in was perfunctory and somewhat robotic. The room had a few problems. My main concern was the musty odour and smudged bathroom mirror. Also no batons for closing and opening the curtains. It was very difficult to adjust the curtains. I was moved to a suite. The air conditioning in the suite was loud and not cool enough. The maintenance person came and it was slightly cooler. I turned the air conditioning off due to the noise. The temperature was bearable but then I heard a continuous electrical hum. The staff said that was due to an electrical junction box in the ceiling. The bed was too soft, the softest and least supportive mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. The lounge offerings were adequate with decent wine. The croissants at breakfast were rock hard. Reyvaldi, Adam, Christine and Khairil were delightful, professional and attentive staff in the lounge. There is a huge shopping mall that has direct access to the hotel. Someone did see me to my taxi on check out. Overall this hotel is not a keeper for me.

Our stay at room 604 @ LM was generally positive. Unable to highlight any staff that went above and beyond that warranted notice. They were professional, some more efficient than others with most choosing to engage only when spoken too.
No issues at all with the Master bedroom but cries from babies and loud conversation from guest staying next door could be clearly audible from the living room on some mornings and evenings. Housekeeping was on point with suite refreshed once daily. As preciously mentioned by another post, refreshments from the mini bar is complimentary but refills will incur a charge.
One really enjoyable experience was the quality of the food in the club lounge especially during the evening cocktail service. It is always such a treat to eat freshly prepared and cooked food. There is a sizeable spread each evening between 6 to 8 pm. Breakfast at the lounge was ok with the star being freshly cooked on the spot items like omelette. Same story for the cafe below but do give the ice milo a try.
Guest will enjoy the location of the hotel with its proximity to the mall next door.

Requested for connecting rooms. Arrived at 4 pm and was informed that they can only issue. me the card key for one room. I did manage to get the key to the other room when I reached the first room.

Rooms are big. My connecting room is at the corner of the building so one of the rooms has more windows (including a floor to ceiling window in the bathroom).

Rooms are also great, clean with lots of bottled water but I think the bed and pillows are too soft for me although my mom likes it.

Connecting doors are heavy. We had to buy extra door stoppers to hold the doors open throughout our stay.

Location is great. Linked to mall and fairly easy to get grab.

Staff were great (from reception to housekeeping to restaurants and bellboys). The breakfast prata staff was very attentive. My sister ordered the prata and left to get other food, the staff actually brought it to our table when she didn’t return to collect when ready.

Gym was great too. Water, towels (including cooling towels in mini fridge) and apples provided. Wide variety of equipment.

Only complaint is Marriot point system. We had rooms 901 and 902. At checkout, I realised that the breakfast bills were not captured under my bills. They checked and informed that the restaurant had recorded the restaurant bill for all four pax under Room 902 whereas the room with my name was Room 901. They will manually rectify it. However, now when I check the Marriot App, I cannot see if they have included the breakfast bills or not as it is just reflected as one liner.

Booked for a night on Christmas day itself by points redemption on Marriott Bonvoy apps, considering the cash rate on public holiday can be quite ridiculous sometimes.

Didn't expect any upgrades since it's Public Holiday, but at 2pm received notification that my room was ready and was upgraded to Club King Room. Thanks for that.

Upon arriving, saw the long and busy queue at reception so tried to enquire with staff named Raziq, whom offered to check my reservation. Raziq then welcomed me to the sofa area where all the check in requirements was done smoothly. Compliments for the kind gesture.

Room was spacious and well appointed with nice view of the golf course and Putrajaya skyline. Everything was immaculate, but if I were to be picky I would say there's few areas of improvement:
1) only 1 bathrobe provided
2) only bath towels provided, no hand/face towel
3) the desk lamp only can be switched on/off at the wall socket
4) the TV quality could be improved

The evening cocktail at Club Lounge was good with varieties of food available.

But the can't be said during breakfast which left a bitter taste to the stay. I came down to Latest Recipe at 10am, which is my preferred breakfast time at any hotels which gives me ample time to have my simple breakfast.

But at 10am that morning, the restaurant was too tired to have me. The server who ushered me to my table even remarked "We're about to close but still people coming for breakfast".

The salad wasn't topped up anymore and there's no roasted sesame dressing as expected. I then tried the pasta which was not cooked proper as well as the hard meatballs. While I was enjoying my breakfast (or what's left of it), restaurant staff helped themselves at the coffee machine as if there's no guests any more.

Overall Le Meridien was a good stay, I just hope that the service during breakfast could be improved.

We received a very warm welcome from Freda of the Front Office. She is very friendly and approachable. We went to the lounge and the supervisor (Khairi) is very obliging and accommodating. We were extremely pleased with the delicious baked oysters, pan seared fish, deep fried sesame prawn rolls and many more at the Club Lounge. During breakfast at the Latest Recipe restaurant, we were glad to meet Mr. Fadhullah and Mr. Izzul who attentively showed us to our table. This is top-notch service. The rest of the crew were fast to clear tables and very courteous. The food spread was awesome, so many varieties and of good quality. We were pleased to receive 2 pieces of Indian cakes inside room in conjuction with Deepavali celebrations. Such thoughtful gesture ! I have nothing but full of praises for all the staff at Le Meridien for such a wonderful and memorable stay. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

There is a separate entrance for hotel parking. While that could also be used by shoppers, in reality that does not happen. Also the hotel has 2 elevators which give access to the parking, so security is good. Parking is free for hotel guests.
