This is a friendly, clean hotel in the middle of 1Borneo. The room was clean and had all the needs for a business trip. Things worked - TV, wifi, shower. Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh.

Staff on service desk are awesome, super friendly and polite. The mall is attached to the hotel which is either handy or horrible, depending on you're own personal preference. Food here is okay, local dishes better than European options. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving though, the pool doesn't look as glam as shown above, also there's a giant...

Check-in and check out are really fast. We requested for change room due to noise from main road and the staff are efficient without long waiting. However the rooms are 3 star standard, it is clean but facilities are aged. Breakfast is okay, mainly local dishes. Overall are okay but it will be much better if they refurbish the hotel...

Stayed with my husband and 2yo daughter. This hotel is attached to the one Borneo mall and the staffs was friendly and that's the only advantage. The breakfast has not much choice and was not good. The hotel lobby was under maintenance. Very noisy place. I expected a better breakfast for the price I paid. Quite a distance from main...

When the guests coming down from the vehicles. They do nothing. They just stand and talk. What kind of staff is that? Parking not even FREELY provided. IF the parking enough for guests. RM10 PER ENTRY. Imagine if we have to went out for a while. We have to pay so many time for a parking?

It was a short but pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay. The receptionist was courteos and informative, and check-in was smooth. The hotel lobby was bright and clean. It was very convenient to find food or shopping as the hotel is connected to 1Borneo shopping mall via the lobby. It only takes 15-20 minutes to the city centre and 30...

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only the duty manager failed to understand customer needs or what was going on. A booking for a tour to see Borneo wildlife, had to be cancelled when the person who took the booking went off duty and nobody else knew anything about it when I showed up at reception to pay...

I visited 5 years ago and sadly like everyone we age including me ! Then it was brand spanking new .. Well it's wearing well .. still wonderful staff , great location being attached to a wonderful shopping mall and only 20 minutes to the city center by free courtesy bus from the mall ... seems this part of town...

Stayed here for a school trip in between August and September. Room is rather small but clean. The hotel is connected to 1Borneo so you don't really have to worry about food or to shop. They also have karaoke and unexpectedly a swimming pool. Breakfast was decent, but I'd probably stay here again someday.

I'm not a fan! Firstly I mistakenly booked a gallery room as this sounded nice in the description and was more expensive, however "internal views" means no window, not a courtyard as a expected. During negotiations with the reception staff, I found them unwilling to help or listen. I then found my own way to my 'no window' room to...
