The decoration of the hotel are very old. The room air conditioning is malfunction and the the room condition is not so good. Internet is poor and slow. Breakfast is limited choice and everyday is same. Only the good is located at the city center.

I wish I had never stayed in this hotel despite its location right at the heart of the city centre! The room was dirty..let alone its poor bathroom. Housekeeping gave my towel at 5PM, could you imagine to be towel-less for hours after you checked in? No wifi whatsoever, the receptionist said that the signal might not reach your room...

I was stayed here on 27th April coz need to attend a meeting nearby.. good service. Also they allow me to store my luggage until 5 pm. That's cool.. Most the people really like to put negatives comment that front desk not helping or not smiling at all, but actually they are human also. Don't judge them just because they...

I booked for 3 nights at the hotel but i stayed for only 1 night and decided to change to a new hotel. We booked a standard room for the price of RM117/night. Affordable but the room is in a very bad condition. No windows at all and tiny spaces. It's quite difficult for muslims to pray.

Located about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport right at the city center, this hotel is attached to a shopping mall. Oriental is the theme for exterior and interior. I stayed at Standard King room for a night. Upon entering the room, I was amazed by the size and layout of the room. Judging from the price tag, the...

Stayed for a nite. Same room. Clean and well kept. Rate very reasonable considering just in the same building with a mall. Easy access to eating places. Recommend to those without transportation. For a family very suitable to stay. All the family needs are there.
