    Terrible customer service

    Bernard, the hotel manager on duty was absolutely cold, aggressive and rude when we wanted an early check in. No courtesy. In the end we didn't get the room we booked and had to settle for a room with two single beds. Wouldn't recommend it.More

    Good hotel

    Room is clean, service is polite and efficient considering near full occupancy. Location is convenient if you have ready means of transport. Parking system for residents could however be improved. Just dont look out the windowMore

    Yes, ample parking spaces available at the basement. Im not sure about the bath tub, I stayed in Junior Suit, no bath tub attached to this unit.
