Everything is good. Been here for a couple of times and we're very satisfied with our stay. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good as well. Definitely will come back again someday.

Had a 3 night stay at this well located hotel, which is walking distance to so many attractions and eateries. First of all, the superior room is huge! Also clean Can easily fit in 2 king beds with space to move. Also clean and comfortable. Toilet was clean and well maintained. All amenities worked well, although tv channels were iffy....

Stayed for 2 nights, got the room on 9th floor, quite huge room, nice bathroom and great shower. Provided lots of facilities, including of internet access with password login Located in city center, shopping center, markets, restaurants, waterfront and bars...

A strategically located hotel in the heart of the business district. It is just a walking distance to all the great shopping and eatery joints. The jetty to the island hoping is right there are the ocean front.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable. Breakfast served at the top-floor terrace offers a good variety of food together with a nice view of Kota Kinabalu. Will consider staying in this place again for my next visit.

The hotel is easy to find and accessible by the airport bus stopping at Centerpoint Mall. The rooms are spacious, clean and has all the basic amenities for staying in Kota Kinabalu. Opposite, the hotel is the waterfront which you can walk through easily to access some tourist sites, the jetty for diving, as well as good eating places during...

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious and its perfect for families with small children. There's a wonderful view of the sea from the restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated near shopping areas.

Spacious room but I suggest please put up seats or sofas at the lounge@reception area for seatting bcoz it was tiring to stand up since we drove for more than 5hrs to reach KK. Thank you to the helpful staffs.

Clean, comfy room with carpetted floor. Car park area is in the same building, accessible by lifts. The restaurant has a stunning ocean view and serves tasty food too. Phillipines' Market is at a walking distance. Highly recommended!
