A fine hotel that have the best view in Kota Kinabalu. Next to the hotel is the Wisma Merdeka. Nearby the hotel got Gaya Street Sunday Market, Suria Shopping Mall, Fresh Market, Filipino Market etc etc. Their staffs are very friendly and their foods are great!!

Excellent. That's all I can say. Room was spacious, sauna was good and Mr. Junaidi at the executive restaurant was so friendly. Located at the heart of KK, malls and eateries are all within a walking distance. Though pricey, it is worth a stay.

I tag along with my wife who was there on a business trip. I think its a nice hotel with good customer service. The hotel staff at the concierge and business center are very polite and courteous. The locations great too. Its near the banks, the night market and the sea.

It is a suite room but unfortunately is a smoking room and beside a staff elevator which is making an irritating buzzing sound. I had the pleasure of staying here for a week. The staff was really top notch, especially in the restaurants, and Executive Lounge. Dev was a superstar in the lounge every night. The morning breakfast in the restaurant is quite large and varied. Many asian specialties. I did find the omelets a bit plain. Excellent fruit and thinly sliced beef....
