We had such a good stay here a couple of years ago we were keen to go back. It is at the pricey end of the scale but the service is fantastic and with the ability to share the facilities of the other two hotels in the complex there are many bars, restaurants, pools, entertainments. The city shuttle bus is...

Though we did not stay at this location, we had meals here & also took the Train Journey. Staff were very friendly. Excellent Meals & Superb Accommodation. Access by Bus or Taxi from Town is very convenient. The Hotel flags a Taxi very promptly. Concierge were very efficient, very good "Front Line" welcome by the concierge staff.

We decided to stay at The Pacific Sutera for our last 2 nights in Kota Kinabalu. This was a last minute decision as our trip & overnight stay at Mantanani Island had been cancelled due to the effects of the typhoon over the Philippines. I am now so glad we chose the Sutera Harbour Resort over the other hotels in...

We stayed in the Pacific Sutera for 2 nights after climbing Mount Kinabalu and it was definitely the luxury we needed to come back to! On our first night we just wanted some quick food and a drink. After looking through the hotel information in the room we went to JUGS but wouldn't really recommend it because it's a bit...

It is only 15 mins drive from the airport. The spacious room is really comfortable for a family of four. Its architecture is unique and magnificent as it sits perfectly in the sprawling land. The hotel has a few restaurants which caters to a variety of diners. The amenities are very clean and we feel very good staying there. Security...

We are currently staying in room 6307 and have been asked if all is ok and we advised fantastic apart from the floor and chair but nothing...
