From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff and Felix at the front desk gave us an overview of this lovely very Resort. Our room was a premium 5th floor room with a spectacular view of the gardens and lily ponds towards the beach and the balcony was a great place to watch countless sunsets. The resort...

I don't have any problem about the place. The place was nice and huge, suitable for big family who opt for away-from -the-city holiday and honeymoon couple. The view of our room is sea view so off course is nice scenery. But my main concern is the service of the hotel. We were actually planning and celebrating our friends birthday....

Truly a 5 star hospitality resort with the warmest welcome from the staffs ! The room's lighting seemed to be too dim & there's a blackout prior to my check out suddenly due to a loosened wire 😅😅 Nevertheless, d scenery is good, and I enjoyed surfing at the karambunai beach though it isn't that wavy 😄😄

Apart from the nice scenery, nothing else is interesting at this hotel. Only disappointment and regrets due to: i) Room cleanliness is unacceptable. Dirty bathroom, flooded shower area, dirty floor. ii) Rude staff - Mr Farhan (head of security) had embarrassed us by asking for our room card while we were hanging out at the sunset bar. We are unable...

The view was nice but service was very poor. Building not well maintained, flooded and molded toilet, molded bathtub, corridor lamp not functioned, the staircase cracked which can led to safety issue. We booked 2 rooms but only one room available during check in. Need to wait more than 1 hour for the other room to be ready. On the...

We were quite worried before the visit as we heard that this resort is quite old. However the room condition was perfect, resort was huge and beautiful, and staffs were so nice. I would recommend this place to others, especially those coming with family members. For the last, I recommend the "Olives" which are the fine-dining in the resort. The...

yes it is a bit far away however it is all-in-one place if you want an easy to reach getaway with sun, beaches, facilities, water sport, and a quiet place. This is my first visit so cannot compare with other resort nearby. Money definitely worth. All rooms with seaview on ocean wing. Nice breeze, nice long beach with gentle wave....

Arrived at 5pm to be told room was not ready. This is simply unacceptable. Finally room ready after 20 minutes ...but warned no towels and they would arrive later. The room was old-fashioned but large and pretty wood floors etc. Good size balcony with chairs overlooking the sea/garden/beach. Check-out also took forever as they needed 20 minutes to fetch the...

I stayed at the resort on the 14th of March this year, with my fiance. We were overall happy with the facilities. However, the staff at the reception requested to block the amount for the stay on my card, regardless of the fact that I was going to pay in cash the same evening. It has been over two weeks...
