Nice hotel, well located, large and clean double rooms including flat screen TV. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner but ok, especially at this rate. The one reason I would recommend this place is for the service. The most accomodating staff I have come across in Malaysia. You will not be disappointed if you stay there!

The staff was extremely helpful, and even borrowed us a childseat for the car when the renting company didn't have one. We slept in two different rooms (stayed there both before and after a djungle tour), and while the first one was no more than OK, the other was superb!

We stayed for 4 nights and paid $25 for a standard double room.We had fridge,TV,AC with traditional furnishings. The room was spotless and very comfortable.Because we had a standard room our window backed onto the atrium. There was free tea and coffee and smoking room on second floor. Internet use was 4 MYR/HOUR. It was very quiet and homely. We...

Everything about this hotel was nice, but for one rather noxious thing. The hotel is located a short 15 minute walk from the waterfront at the fringe of the tourist area. There are many nearby restaurants and malls, including great seafood at Top Spot. The staff are very friendly. The room was large, with a king size bed and two...

the boss is a really great guy who gave tips and advises to all travellers. he helped us extend our check out time, answered all our questions, and go the extra mile for us. we booked a family room, 2 queen bed and 1 single bed and private bathroom. only thing is that the wifi signal is pretty weak in...

This hotel is nice to stay if you want to explore Kuching and it's surroundings for a couple of days. The staff is very helpfull and will answer all you questions. The location is good, it's above the ariasia office and near the commercial part of town. The nice parts of Kuching are all in walking distance (5 to 10...

We really enjoyed my stay at this guest house. It is a cut above all of the other hostels, lodges and guest houses we have stayed at in Borneo, and it rivals the better ones elsewhere in Asia we have been to. The room we stayed in was spacious with really nice decor. We had a nice big flat screen...

Air Asia sponsors this hotel which is really just a dozen rooms in an upper floor of a commercial building. The owners are nice but they haven't a clue how to run a hotel. The room was very dark with only the bedside lamps for light at night! The only large floor lamp in the room had a plug that...
