We expect the renovation of our apartment suites to be completed before November this year. The refurbishment of the hotel started with the waterproofing and painting of the exterior of the building. This was completed in September last year. Since then, the wall paper in the apartments are being stripped (ongoing) and interior walls repainted. At the same time, there is ongoing repairs to M&E (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, etc) and grinding work in bathrooms in various apartments are being done. We are trying to ensure that there is least disturbance to our guests. Once most of these have been fixed, we will call in the big boys to install new bed head boards, lay new carpets and curtains, additional lighting, as well as bring in new mattresses and linen. I hope this is sufficient update on our quiet renovation.
