Although 26 years have gone since the 1998 APEC meeting, Cyberview still have the nostalgia & romantism of a world class conference & business meeting venue.
Located in beautiful Cyberjaya, away from the hustle & bustle of metropolitan KL, the hotel provides ample of free parking space, and work relentlessly to maintain their quality. Although the age of the hotel is visible, but the support from various team (Marketing, F&B, cattering) is top notch. The team always tried their best to cater for every aspect of our request, friendly and open to last minute re-arrangements or special request.
The most valuable proposition of the hotel is meeting rate provided (among the most affordable within Klang Valley, that is inclusive of 4 meals per day).
We highly recommend Cyberview as a meeting venue and special shout out to En Arif / Pn Fariza / En Ridzuan of F&B and countless other staff for their dedication and kind support.

We utilized Cyberview Resort & Spa’s full day meeting package, and accommodation for the team, on multiple occasions in the past year. The hotel’s MICE offerings in terms of location, superlative parking availability, meeting room, menu options, and accommodation, at the price point offered presents excellent value for money. However, what pushes it into the superlative category is the service offered by two of their staff, Arif Abdullah and Fariza Kamaruzaman. Supremely responsive, they offered immediate information / clarifications, absolute clarity in communication and solved any problem presented in a jiffy, which made for a very pleasant experience in organizing and conducting the workshops with senior stakeholders. Had a wedding at Cyberview Resort. So glad we chose this venue, a resort surrounded by lush green, beautiful garden, swimming pool and various cuisines options. We had Chinese sit down dinner at Cindai Ballroom complete with sound audio system, beautiful stage backdrop, tables setup and a dance floor. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, especially En Ashmeer from the Banquet, Cik Aminah & Cik Siti from the Sales who went the extra miles to provide stuff we needed for the venue, always on standby for us throughout the event, making sure the night went smoothly. We were given the holding room to use which was perfect for small fmly gathering before event starts. En Ashmeer even helped to add some deco, and the place turned out perfect for our traditional tea ceremony. Were surprised by the name display over the pool with magnificent lighting effect, provided by the hotel. Excellent service and perfect venue for wedding. Will definately recommend this for wedding venue!

I booked Dara Pethak Experience for my bridal spa at Cyberview Resort & Spa . This package took approximately 3 hours & the package inclusive of 75 minutes Body Massage using Seven Flowers oil , followed with 45 minutes Body Scrub using Seven Herbs & completed the session with 30 mins Aroma flower bath . I love their Sauna & Jacuzzi ! Very relaxing .
Excellent service all around , especially from my therapist (a girl from Sabah - i didnt get her name) with her magical touch . Also this spa has a calm atmosphere that helps me to unwind .

Still a beautiful property, however lots of flaws in the Superior Chalet. Great deep terrazzo bath tub, but no bath liquid salt or salt provided. Shower glass door opens out, an inch from the tub, rain shower doesn't work and pool towels are not provided.
Staff working in Chillax was engrossed on his mobile phone. Didn't engage with eye contact when I enquired for pool towels. He directed me to the lobby to get them. Walked to the lobby (in swimwear), a staff said there are towels in our room, instead of offering to request from Housekeeping. Hesitated to walk all the way back to our room, so our swim experience continued without towels.
Breakfast experience. We sat in the terrace, a waiter was busy wiping the tables and opening parasols. My 5 year-old daughter sat at the table for a good 5 minutes without starting her meal, because our table was not set-up with cutleries. I had to request.
Cleanliness and state of Kids Club was appalling. Toys were dirty, strewn all over. Place seems ignored - no TLC.
Lastly, I requested for a bottle of water from the bellman. He looked at me like it was a strange request. Grabbed a key, opened a cabinet towards the washroom, handed to me and politely said, "This is the only bottle we have".

This is my second time visiting, and it's a perfect place for a chill staycation, especially with breakfast included. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind.
As for the spa, I opted for the hair spa this time, and it was a lovely experience. The staff was very attentive, frequently checking to ensure I was comfortable throughout the session. The massage pressure was just right—very soothing. This was also my second time using the spa services; during my first visit, I just used the facilities like the jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool, which were only RM30+. This time, the hair spa was about RM165+, and it was worth every penny.

The room and surrounding setting were lovely. Unfortunately, the service didn't match. When eating in the restaurant, we were seated at a low table in the entranceway despite there being plenty of dining tables in the main restaurant area. The food was lukewarm when it arrived, and the waitress came over with the bill to demand payments just a few minutes after we were served, while we were still in the middle of eating. We had been planning to have dessert, coffee, maybe some more mocktails, but felt unwelcome and rushed to leave so spent the rest of the evening watching TV in our room.
We didn't notice any other customers getting similar treatment. Maybe the issue was that I was wearing trousers and a tanktop (we noticed that the few other clientele appeared to be observant Muslim, with legs and shoulders covered even in the swimming pool), but there was nothing on the website to indicate that the hotel had a dress code.

I would give this business trip a five-star rating, and I want to thank En Arif and Mrs. Fariza for their helpful assistance even though the booking was made at the last minute due to a last-minute change in the plan; however, because we did not have any option dates, we rushed into the first week of November.
