Hi. We did upgrade to all-inclusive at a different hotel though, and found it to be more expensive than upgrading with the travel agent. When in Mauritius, we always found it beneficial to take the all inclusive package, especially if you going to spend most of your time at the hotel. You also have the opportunity to dine at the a la carte restaurants for a minimal fee. Lunch, snacks and drinks can be quite expensive. Also keep in mind, that half board does not usually include certain alcoholic beverages.
