We stayed here for a week in November 2016. As we stayed the whole week, were were given the choice of moving to a larger room with an external window (external windows are unusual in riads) for now extra charge. The propritor was friendly and gave us instructions on how to find a real hamam (not a touristic one) which... More

A friend and I stayed for the weekend at this wonderful Riad. It's centrally located, the rooms are clean, and the hosts are friendly. We arrived late around 10:30pm Friday night and were immediately shown our room and offered tea. It was perfect. Breakfast was included and a great start to the day. Our room was made while we were... More

Let me start by saying the owner was so welcoming and just amazing with everything we needed. We forgot our charger and he gave us one during our stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner. The rooms were beautiful and CLEAN! The breakfast was great! The hotel is quite and as soon you... More

Hotel is easy to find, located on the main street of medina. Rooms are uniquely decorated, but don't have a/c. Temperature in summer is quite bearable, but it tends to be bit humid. In the base price there are included wifi and breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Where to begin! This was a real find and we were very grateful for all that they offered. Located just on the edge of everything you need, it is quieter than other places. The rooms are spacious and lovely - we ended up staying 3 extra nights, it was so good. Besides great service, amazing breakfast, and lovely rooms what... More

Very friendly staff . The Riad is well located inside the medina and easy to find. It is full of character and has a roof terrace. Plumbing dodgy - sometimes no hot water. Very small shower /toilet area. Breakfast is tasty, fresh orange, pancakes bread coffee etc. a few minutes walk to everything in the medina as well as a... More

STAFF STEALS at this hotel. The chambermaid stole all the money from my suitcase in my room. My friend had her winter boots and souveniers stolen from her room! Be careful! Then they deny the fact! THEAVES!

We (a family of 3) stayed in the Ali Baba for two nights. While we thought the room and the hotel were very nice with a lovely overall classic decor, others in our tour group had very bad experiences with bed bugs.

“every room is different. If possible, ask to see what is available and choose the one you like - they are all good - just different lay out. Inner rooms are very quiet, but tend to be a bit damp and slightly musty, while outer rooms are a bit more expensive, but have windows that open. Rooms and entire Riad are well cleaned.”
