Positive: Super friendly owners, comfort big room / large bathroom. Fresh breakfast everyday, they adjusted some of the breakfast items especially for our son (sugar free yoghurt). Nice patio garden to sit and have breakfast. Good wifi in the room (2nd floor). Good location. Provided a good and reliable taxi service from and to Marrakech (airport/city). Things to improve: No...

Dar Dayana is a charming little guest house, run by a lovely couple who were helpful and ready to offer assistance and advice. Its location is also very convenient, right in the centre of the medina (old walled town) of Essaouira. It's about 200 metres along Rue Ibn Khaldoun, a side street (all streets are pedestrianised in the medina, so...

We endorse all that has been said in previous reviews. It was our saviour within the Medina, it was like finding an oasis within the desert. Once you walk through the front door you close the busy dirty Medina and all its risks behind you and enter a much kinder, comfortable environment. You are the guests in the home of...

Dar Dayana is a very nice and comfortable riad, our room was finely decorated and the breakfast was delicious, but what makes this riad special was the incredible service and the kindness of the 2 managers, Afid and Hakima. Thanks to them we had a great stay! We will definitely come back!!

The friendly and helpful staff made this place a perfect stay in Essaouira. We were made to feel at home! The breakfast (we have to eat Gluten free food) was perfect and served in the stunning little garden. The place was quiet and very clean. The room was nicely decorated and very private. I cannot fault this place at all....

Great location in the middle of the medina, close to everything that we needed. A 10 min walk to the beach. The breakfast was heartly, made by the hosts themselves, nice moroccan rooms and the hosts were amazing! Would truly recommend it for anyone who plans to visit Essaouira!

We spent 6 days at Dar Dayana and it was perfect. With just four rooms, it's a little gem and the manager and his wife really make you feel special. We were treated so well. We loved the room (Onyx) and definitely would say the more expensive rooms (Onyx and Turquoise) are worth the extra money. We loved the courtyard...

My daughter and I had 4 nights here in September 2014. We had a lovely spacious room with small balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. The room was very clean, comfortable with plenty of space for our things, and the courtyard below was beautiful, with plants and flowers and lots of interesting ornaments, pictures and other bits and pieces around the...

Dar Dayana is a clean, cozy and stylish place to stay that we can highly recommend. We went there as the last destination of our 3 weeks of Morocco and I can say it was the most beautiful dar we have seen with the most caring hosts. The dar is managed by a couple talking perfect English and friendly character....

My wife and I stayed at the Dar Dayana for 2 nights in November 2014. It's not far from the Supratours bus station. In fact, it's not far from anywhere in Essaouira. It is run by a nice couple (Patrick and Odile) and they couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was just right....
