My sons and I stayed for one night at the end of our holiday. The riad is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, tucked away at the end of a dead end. The hotel is beautifully appointed and feels very traditional. Everything was clean and the staff were professional and cared for us well during our...

Riad Malaika is an amazing place to stay while in Essaouria. A bit off the beaten path, down an alley, it is a gem! It is a Riad...courtyard in the center of the building. The main entry area is beautiful...decorated in Moroccan style with a water feature in the center of the room. The rooms are spacious and decorated in...

Choukran to all of you you made my stay feel like a princess. Your friendly staff, starting from the man who picked me up at the bus station, the beautiful riad, the very nice room, the talented cook called Mina. I'm still trying to cook her Tajine's as good as she did it..... And of course the big chef cat...

Everything was clean and service was good. The cooking lessons were excellent and the other guests were like-minded! Ask for an itemised bill upon departure as easy to lose track of what you have consumed.

Getting there was easy. Good thing Google and here maps both work here unlike the medina in Marrakech. Once we arrived, we were welcomed and offered mint tea or coffee while we filled out the mandatory guest forms. The place is beautiful and they even upgraded us to a comfort room and it's very nice. The terrace was very beautiful...

I spent 4 nights at the Riad Mslaika, what can I say that probably hasn't already been said! A true gem of a place to stay in beautiful Essaouria, and this Riad, is an absolute gem, the icing on the cake for me! The decor is stunning, the ambience created by the owners is unique...a tranquil haven of sheer class...

We stayed 3 nights in a beautiful room in this lovely Riad, which is in a quiet street, right in the centre of the medina. From our arranged pick up from the bus on arrival, the friendly helpful service, the exquisite breakfasts, the stunning decor of our room, and the beautiful shared areas downstairs - this was a peaceful retreat...

We stayed in Riad Malaika in mid April for 3 nights. Malaika is a very charming and stylish authentic little riad. The lobby is beautiful with a small pond and beautiful mosaics, berber carpets and other moroccan decorations. Also the stairway is very beautiful. Our room was on a second floor. it was beautifully decorated yet quite tiny, although enough...

This is a lovely place with lots of artistic touches to give the small internal downstairs courtyard a nice feel. We had a suite at the top of Riad which had a great sense of space and access on to the Roof Terrace (although don’t expect a view). Food is really good and excellent value. The Manager was really helpful...

Although close to the ocean, sites and the central shopping areas, this Riad is great for being on a quiet street. Once we arrived at the Medina main gate, we called the riad and they sent a guy with a luggage cart to pick us up. Otherwise, it could have been difficult to find our way through the maze. The...
