We didn't expect to be so perfect there. The place is a hidden treasure:) You walk in the medina and when you step in the riad you just find yourself in a magical place out of the Essaouira world. Just immerse yourself in this perfect world and you will feel like in a fairy tale. The place is well decorated....

Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Super hosts. Fatimzara and Fatima looked after us very well. Hammam was a real treat. Fatimzara gave us super tips on where to eat and what to see. After 4 days on a motorbike from France it was great to chill out here for a couple of days. We even extended our stay. Full marks.

This riad is tucked into the Mellah in Essaouira. Look carefully or you will miss the door. Once inside, the two women who really run the place, Fatima and Fatimzara, will take good care of you. Ask Fatimzara to arrange a steam bath and massage in one of the local hammams. Enjoy the simple breakfasts and chatting with other guests...

Bedroom (Berber) very nice, beautifully decorated, simple but beautiful. Very helpful and nice staff. Delicous breakfeast, and no problem to have it on the rooftop! We appreaciated that. Toilet-closet is open in the room, maybe not so much privacy.. (no bathroom door or separation) Nice rooftop but not really a big view bc it's not the highest building.

Fatimzara was super warm and friendly and had all the answers ready for us - always smiling! The riad is very well located in the medina and is walking distance to everything and very safe. It is beautifully done up and a good breakfast is served in the morning. The only minus point is that we stayed in the three...

“if you have a room with a window facing onto the street (instead of the inner courtyard) you can expect some nighttime noise (e.g. soccer games and social gatherings until midnight), so you may want to choose your room facing inward if you have a problem with noise. It didn't bother us.”
