What a quaint little hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy, lots of restaurants within walking distance, they do great gin and tonics, what more can we say? Oh yes, there was a decanter of sherry in our room, there told you it was quaint.

Clean, efficient, pink! Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, spotless, nice extras. Breakfast but no dinner facility's but restaurants close by. Nice size rooms, old bathrooms but nothing wrong except for weird towel rail. All good. Would return.

The hotel is very cute and traditional looking from the outside as well as the inside. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is good and everything is walking distance (the village/city is small anyway). Only downside is the street right in front of the hotel which can get pretty noisy

We stayed there only 1 night but I appreciated its central location, tastefully decorated rooms, great breakfast and fast wifi connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room facing the street and it was quite noisy with the windows open but one can enjoy watching the street life. Overall - very nice place to stay!

Hotel is very clean and well maintained within walking distance of the seashore. Not a big hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. Had a very pleasant stay. Will stay here again when in Swakopmund.

Staff at this hotel were exceptional. Some of the best service we experienced in Namibia. The rooms and general amenities are excellent and comfortable. The hotel is situated on the busiest road in Swakop so we found the traffic noise to be problematic.

We stayed at Hotel Eberwein for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this 3 Star Hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful and professional in their interactions with us as were the night manager and cleaning staff. The rooms are large and the complimentary Sherry a nice touch. The style is colonial German and the breakfast...

On our one month trip to Namibia we have seen plenty of different accommodations across the country and price segments (see list below). The Eberwein is certainly a good pick. We liked: clean and friendly place, good location, quick laundry service, easy parking We disliked: a little bit of noise from the street at night (not too bad) Conclusion: The...
