The hotel is located Really in a wonderful location, but the structure is old and with a really low level of maintenance. The breakfast is not good and also the dinner was not good. Not suggested for the price you paid

Location is great, with a beautiful view. Rooms are (very) good. Service is correct. Food is not at the level (Diner and breakfast). Particularely disappointed by the breakfast. And diner dishes are very expensives Considering the room rate, we would expect a better quality food. And be careful to the quantity of hot water for the shower...not enough for everybody....

We have been several time in this hotel but, our last stay was too bad. It seems management has been changed. We booked a Suite luxe as usual for 3 persons with a living room and separate room but at our arrival the hotel gave us a regular small room with for 3. No real explanation and 1 hour wasted...

The best thing about this place is the sunset view. The pool and the jacuzzi looked nice but it was way too cold to even think of trying it. The hotel and its furniture are worn and dated. Not quite a resort. Breakfast spread was good. Didn't have lunch or dinner after reading the reviews. Too expensive for what is...

Getting to Sahab hotel is easy from Nizwa, although you'll need a 4x4 vehicle. The hotel is well advertised on the way by sideboards, so you won't need GPS (please note that Google Maps works funnily in Oman). The views are truly breathtaking from this place. Canyons, exciting rocks formations and great depths. They have a pool and a jacuzzi...

This hotel has great potential... but unfortunately is not at the level and especially not for the price that you pay!! Room is ok and food is more than average. The swimming pool would be great if it didn't have alga- so we could obviously not enjoy it. The location is great and the landscape is majestic.

But after my Vist in December,it will be the last time to visit this Hotel because of the bad Service, bad Quality of Drinks and unqualified Staff starting from the management. If u order something it will come after 2 hours in bad Quality...

Outstanding Hotel. Unforgettable for its prime location, the phantastic view over the mountains, beautiful outdoor setting, good food, very helpful staff, good service. Expensive, but worth the price.

The views are fantastic, spectacular, as is the layout of the garden. The drive up is made easy because of the brilliant roads. So no problem getting there. The rooms are pretty good too, apart from an already filled in mini-bar bill.... Bed was comfortable. However, the food was not good, too expensive, breakfast was laughable apart from the omelet...

We tried really hard to like this place! The setting is fantastic and the staff were (on the whole) friendly but sadly there just wasn't the attention to detail that you would expect from a good hotel. The rooms were clean but tatty and there were a few worrying things like the bare wires from the TV shoved into the...
