The hotel is a bit tired, bland, without character, and with a tepid welcome. It’s not well situated, we never left the hotel without using a taxi as there is really nowhere to walk to from it. To be fair that could be said of most of the Muscat hotels as everything is widespread with highways in between making it...

We stayed here for 4 nights in October while on a business trip to Oman. Beautiful and quiet country and we were recommended this place by our clients in Oman for being in proximity to good restaurants and near to clients' homes. The rooms were average and pretty clean as you would expect. The outdoor pool was nice and we...

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean with very comfy beds. The power does cut regularly ( only for about 30 minutes at a time no sure if it's within the hotels control). There was a very large group for breakfast and the restaurant was not quite coping- running out of cutlery, dished etc....

Dear Sir/Madman We highly appreciate you valuable comments and reviews and letting us know your experience with us.I do apologize for the power cut and indeed it is a very rare situation to have the power cut.Due to servicing of Transformer lines we were unable to get the power for sometime. The local anchorites were working very hard to have power...

A good hotel for business travelers and tourists, which is centrally located. However, over the years, there have been quite a few change of owners and yet once again the ownership is in the process of change. At one time it was a very good hotel, with affordable room rates, but because of the frequent changes, presently it is an...

When staff make an extra effort, it is noticed. Staff made an extra effort. Reception was not only welcoming, but genuinely nice and warm. The bellman was wonderful. Check-put was prompt and professional but done with a big smile. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It does not have a lot of natural light, but when you have staff...

Really nice, clean and modern hotel with a decent (although small) rooms and greate restaurants (awesome breakfast! !!). I really liked hotel design (especially colorful lamps in the breakfast area!!!). The only minuses are - not good food in room service (I had kung pao chicken and it was disgusting!) and not the best smell in sushi restaurant (dirty dishcloth?!?).
