The customer service was excellent - a rarity in Panama. And many of the help could speak English - a nice bonus for us lazy Americans. The property was nicely laid out and I really enjoyed the serving area. Great omelette! Rooms were pretty small. Impressed that you sent out this survey and thank you. don't know of anyone in...

It was a nice "confy" and "normal" hotel to stay and the staff friendly. The hotel was just near the road but the it wasn't noisy. If you are looking for confort, definitely go there. If you are looking for a more typical and "exotic"place, definitely go for a hostel !

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very conviently located within easy walking distance to town. Room was on the small side, but very clean. We had a king bed that was comfortable. As other reviewers have stated the wifi did not make it to the room, but was a general area with comfy couch and table and chairs and the wifi...

We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel to be very clean and staff friendly and helpful. You can get coffee and tea for 80 cents during the day. The wifi unfortunately was very inconsistent. There are some good restaurants within close walking distance from the hotel which is in the north of the town.

If your goal is a place to sleep with close proximity to everything Boquete offers this is a wonderful value. A friendly, helpful staff (about half are bi-lingual) is probably the best part of a stay here. Breakfast is included and fresh cooked to order, but is very basic. Eggs, toast, pancakes, fruit and juice. Laundry service is also available....

No frills hotel, with a friendly staff and clean rooms. There is good internet connectivity and nice sitting area behind the hotel. The breakfast and coffee was great (it's coffee country here, after all).

small rooms but clean and comfortable. Nice helping staff but not all of them knows English. Staff has all the information and prices on the activities in the area, that helped us a lot. Ask for a back room, the ones on the front is really noisy and much smaller.
