Please, if you want to have any clients at the end of your trip, don't ever bring anyone here. The embarrassment had no limits: there was no AC, there was no concierge, there are bed bugs, the food is horrendous, there is no entertainment at night, they advertised a Casino...closed!, the only ones who seem to have free range in...

My husband and I stopped there by three days in July, 2010. The room was average, nothing great and also the food. While we were doing the check out, a customer next was making a claim about $500 more that he got in his account. That was suspicious for us, because in our bill the included a third person with...

Problems with A/C made staying there miserable. We had to leave after 1 night (had scheduled 3 nights). They had plenty of fans to give us, leading me to believe this is a common problem, and a local person told me they have been having problems for a year or so. I was here last year in June and July...

Bad service, unkindly and indifferent. Our rooms had not air conditioning, just a small fan to hold us through the night. I ask them what was going on and they said it was compressor troubles. i booked an executive room on expedia for $25 more and all I got was a double with personal beds not queen sized. The clerk...

There was no air conditioning; they lied about it, said it would be fixed (we later learned it had been broken two months). They refused to reduce the rate as compensation. The hotel bathrobe had an old keycard in it; it was dirty and smelled. Left bathrobe on the wet bathroom floor, and they hung it back up. The safe...

Stayed at this Hotel for a business trip with my Dad for one week. Was the best hotel around the colon zone area at that time. So it was the best business travelers could have gotten in terms of pleasure and good service. This Hotel was actually not that bad considering it doesnt have the name "Marriott" or "Hilton" behind...

Spent a week there in one of the RCI units (1 bedroom, 2 bath, living area and full kitchen). The unit was very nice with a modern entertainment center and plenty of living space. The kitchen was fully stocked, the only complaint being the refrigerator never really seemed to get very cold, the freezer worked well enough. There is a...

Everything was great. Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and comfortable and food was great. I can't speak much about the city of Colon but the hotel is a little outside the city. Everything was 4 star luxury when I was there and the only difficult thing was finding the hotel but our GPS got us there easily. I would...

I was sleeping there 5 nights ago. It is a grand hotel that is attractively laid out on the shores of Lake Gatun. It has an immense pool. The air conditioning wasn't working and despite the 33 degree heat, it wasn't a problem. We received a 10% discount. The food is excellent but the service is not consistent. My kids...
