We loved the stay here. We had three full days of excursions and two nights but if we'd known the set up was going to be so beautiful we would have stayed longer. We had a lovely private cabana type hut a short way from the main house. It was cleverly designed with a gorgeous bed covered by a romantic...

This is the smaller of two properties in Puerto Maldonado operated by Inkaterra. The other is Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica. Hacienda Inception is newer and smaller. We were advised that Inception is a 7km boat ride from the port in Puerto Maldonado whist the Reserva Amazonica is 15km. From what we learned whilst staying at the property, you are able to...

Good: Very friendly guides and staff. Seriously, very hospitable! Thoughtful; give you bottle of water right away when pick up from airport. It was 89 degrees F. A lot of Adventurous things to do such as walking across shaking wooden bridges 30 feet above ground and trucking through the most original paths in the rain forest. However, if you want...

Excellent service! The staff team is super friendly and nice. We spent 3D2N here and it was an unforgettable experience. Would recommend. Our guide was Mirko, and we were the only two in the group most of the times since this is low tourist season. Very knowledgeable and amable!

Overall we had a wonderful stay, the jungle is beautiful and grounds are nicely kept. Our cabana was very comfortable and the guest house was a short walk for meals. The food was average but the servers were lovely. My main disappointment was related to the planned excursions. It would've been nice if the operations team had provided an agenda...

Brilliant. Stayed in Cabana for three nights. Wonderful set up - others are close by but obscured by vegetation. Meals excellent - different menu each night. Loved that all excursions etc were included in price. From walk to Lake Sandoval to treetop canopy - enjoyed it all. Be ready for the howler monkeys as your alarm!! Wonderful friendly staff.

We just got back from 3 nights at Inkaterra's Hacienda Concepcion. My aunt had been to their sister property several years ago and recommended we go with our kids (8 and 9 years old). We all had a fantastic time. The hotel staff are really focused on making you comfortable in every way. From picking you up at the airport,...

We just got back from three days and two nights at Hacienda Concepcion. We could not have been happier with our stay. The service, food, accommodations and included activities were all top notch. This was part of a tour arranged by SATO tours and so I do not know the actual cost, but it was a great package. We had...

This is a great place and way for a first encounter with the rain forest of the Amazon basin. The Inkaterra staff are remarkably helpful and friendly. The food was great. They work hard to accommodate any diet issues that aren't taken care of by the range of the buffet-menu. The cabana rooms are huge and nice. The rooms in...
