Our stay here began with a free pickup from the train station which was great. The guys on the front counter are really friendly and helpful, the wifi is reliable and fast, the rooms are spotless and the hot water although a little temperamental is really hot! The main square is just around the corner too. Definitely recommend staying here...

Stayed here for two nights in between our Lake Titicaca tour. I contacted the Hotel and they arranged everything. Our bus from Cusco, pick up from bus depot, accomodation, Lake tours and even our bus tickets on to La Paz. Email communication was very good. We were welcomed warmly and staff spoke good English. The Hotel is older style but...

Far exceeded our expectations. Picked us up at bus depot and took our bags up to the room. Room was cold so they brought us a heater. Arranged tour to floating islands with pickup at hotel. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Tea and coffee available 24 hours.

This place is such a great value, I didn't expect much from them at all but they exceeded the expectations that I would have had for a hotel twice the price . This is one leg of the trip that I didn't have very well planned. On top of that, I had a mix of altitude sickness and food poisoning...

We stayed for 4 nights here on a month long tour around Peru. The owner Marcos is charming and helpful, the staff are always ready to give local advice, book tours, taxis, and just chat about Puno - they all speak excellent English - the rooms are clean and comfortable - the water hot - the wifi patchy in the...

This place was the best value for the money I have seen in Peru. A single cost 65 soles or about 22 dollars. The room was large enough, clean, warm, quick hot water, and had cable television with a few stations in English with Spanish subtitles. Internet worked in the lobby, but did not work in the room, so welcome...

We researched and read the reviews. First this place is a little off the beaten path - a little sketchier for the walk home. BUT a quiet nights sleep. Second, the whole place is in bad need of some TLC in addition to some redecoration - just a little here or there would help. Its like stepping into the poor...

Such a good stay here after our visit to the Amantani and floating islands. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms have their own tv and are cosy. The Breakfast -scrambled eggs were nice too and are served early incase you need to take an early bus to la Paz

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I had to cancel and rebook my room due to the delay of my luggage, but nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I arrived at 6 am, and my room was ready! I left at 5:30 am, and the staff called a taxi for me, told the driver where...

We had been recommended this place by other travellers and first sight of the rooms I felt they were a bit outdated and run down. However the saving grace of this hotel are the receptionists, they were all so so helpful and didn't mark up anything they sold, unlike the majority of hotels. We booked the 2d/1n Island home stay...
