Most of the rooms provide a beautiful view looking towards Lake Titicaca. One room was actually a mini apartment. You can't get much closer to the main Puno Street (Lima Street) or the Plaza. So well located and very nice hotel! Great blankets! haha The hotel also provides oxygen if you are in need due to the very high altitude.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is convenient to the plaza, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. The down side is that the streets it borders are noisy, both day and night. We found the staff to be congenial and gracious. Although we had requested a room with a double bed, we found our room on the...

Our room had fantastic view of the lake, as does the breakfast room (at the top of the hotel, rather than the bottom). Only showers, no tubs. There is a step up to the bathroom, but it's marked with a glow-in-the-dark strip. This was one of the most trouble-free hotels we stayed in in Peru. Generally good wifi. Near the...

Enjoyed my stay, in between overnight adventure to Lake Titicaca. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, breakfast is served starting early in teh AM which is very useful, and breakfast on the 10th floor with a great view of the lake. The hotel was in a modern building, which perhaps might be a little different than a charming Puno type of...

We found this hotel on a website but thought it might be too good to be true that this hotel had such a great view. Since we were at another hotel in town, we walked to the Qalasaya and asked to see a typical room. The staff was very attentive and honored our request. The room has a view to...

I really enjoyed the days I stayed at this hotel. The people from the hotel were really friendly and willing to help. The food at the restaurant was delicious. In general if you decided to stay here you will not regret. The rooms have a wonderful view of the Titicaca lake, that is definetely a plus.

This is definitely the best hotel to stay in Puno! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. It is in the center of the town and easily accesible to great restaurants and sights. The rooms are very modern and incredibly clean with free bottles of water. The bathroom is also modern with awesome hot showers....

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the location is great, and they have a good breakfast but this hotel has some major issues. First of all it was hard to sleep from club music playing until 5am which I'm not sure if it came from the hotels bar on the 10th floor or from one of the clubs nearby,...

Stayed at the hotel at two different dates before and after visiting Lake Titicaca. The location was good, but I did not sleep both nights due to "all night" partying out in the streets, which I subsequently found out happens all the time. Could not use my earplugs as I needed to hear my alarm for an early rise. The...
