Although negative reviews in Spanish trip advisor, the place was exactly what we needed. A family of 5 with a single room , perfect welcome and good breakfast. Close to center. Recommended. The little negative was a poor shower pressure.

The ownerin is very friendly but she just speaks spanish. From the room in the upper floors you have a very good view to Puno and the lake Titikaka, especially in the morning for sunrise. It's located on a small hill be aware of that especially in this height.

This is a super little place to stay. Homely and welcoming, the staff are really focused on making sure you enjoy your stay. The breakfast is very good given the room rates: fruit, yogurt, cereal, rolls and eggs. Short walk to the main square. Overall, very good value for money. Like most places this time of year it does get...

It's on the hill so you have a good view over the city and the lake Titicaca. The rooms are clean. The way back from the Plaza de Armas is hard because it's uphill, better catch a taxi. The woman was really friendly, she speaks only spanish no english. She hardly tried to sell us a tour to Lake Titicaca....

Manuelita was wonderful! She was so very friendly and helpful, providing us lots of suggestions and helping to make all the arrangements. We had the choice of a room on the 2nd floor or the 4th floor and decided on the 4th because the view of the lake was so lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and unlike some...

Manuelita, the owner and receptionist, was extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she showed us many places to eat at the center, including a divine bakery. The view in our room was beautiful, overlooking Lake Titicaca and the city below. The room itself was clean and well-kept. They tidy up the room when we are out during the day....

Very friendly women, can organise early check in, organise a cab to go to lake Titicaca and then to the bus terminal... Oh yes and whilst on a Titicaca tour they can hold your bags behind reception and even reduce weight in your bags for you by removing items such as perfumes and jewelry!.... We discovered the missing items whilst...

What a disaster! I made the mistake of complaining at reception that the hot water and wifi were not working. Manuelita did not believe me and demanded to speak to my mother who was sleeping. Manuelita actually went upstairs, pushed past me and woke up my mother to tell her I was wrong! (I'm nearly 40 years old by the...

Lovely receptionist who was more than happy to help us. Great veiw - we had a double room on level 4 overlooking the city and lake. Close enough to walk into the centre square and Lima Street (although it's a tough hill to walk back up again!) breakfast supplied as well.

The hotel is quite far from the lake, but just few blocks away from the city square. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are cosy and clean and some of them have nice view on the lake. The only minor problem is the wifi connection which can be very poor if many guests use it at the...
